Short version: Lawyer's Daily has no accounts, no sign up, no ads and no analytics. Everything you record, meaning your goals, work logs, notes and voice recordings, stays on your own device. We never receive it and cannot see it.
1. Who this App is for
The App is a personal productivity and motivation tool for adult legal professionals: attorneys, prosecutors, judges, trainees and law students. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
2. What we do not collect
- No name, email address, phone number, birthday or postal address.
- No account or login of any kind, there is nothing to sign up for.
- No advertising identifiers, and no third party advertising or behavioural tracking.
- No analytics SDK, crash reporting SDK or usage telemetry.
- No camera, photo library, location or contacts access.
- No social features, there is no way to chat with, message or share with other users.
The App has no server of its own. We operate no backend that could receive your content.
3. Microphone and voice recordings
The App has a voice journal: you can record yourself talking about your day and listen back to hear your own progress. This is the only feature that uses the microphone, and it records only while you have explicitly started a recording.
- Recording begins only when you tap the record button and stops when you tap stop. The App never listens in the background.
- Your device asks for microphone permission the first time. You can refuse it or withdraw it later in system settings, and the rest of the App keeps working.
- Recordings are saved only in the App’s own storage on your device. They are never uploaded, streamed, transcribed by a third party, or sent to us.
- There is no speech recognition and no artificial intelligence processing of your audio, nothing analyses what you said.
- You can play back or permanently delete any recording from inside the App at any time.
4. What stays on your device
Your profile (the name you choose, your role and specialty), goals, work logs, routine checklists, statistics, reminders, PIN and voice recordings are stored in the App’s own storage on your device. They are never uploaded to us and we cannot see them. Deleting the App deletes all of it.
5. Client information
Because notes and recordings live only on your device, anything you write or say about a client never reaches us. You decide what to record. The App is a personal habit and focus tracker, not a secure client file system, so we recommend never entering information that identifies a client, and always following professional secrecy, privilege and data protection duties. The App offers a 4 digit PIN lock; use it together with your device’s own screen lock and encryption.
6. Reminders
If you create reminders, the App schedules local notifications through your device’s operating system. The reminder title you choose is stored on your device and passed to the system notification scheduler. No reminder is sent through a server and none reaches us.
7. Backups you create yourself
The App can export your data as a JSON file. That file is written wherever you choose to save it and is then entirely under your control. If you store it in a cloud drive or send it to yourself, that service’s privacy policy applies. We never receive it.
8. Purchases
Optional purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to check whether a purchase is active. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated, app specific identifier and the purchase receipt from the store, not your name, your email address or any of your notes, recordings or client information. We never receive your payment card details. See the policies of RevenueCat, Apple and Google.
9. Data retention and deletion
Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. To remove everything the App has stored, delete individual items inside the App, use “Reset All Data” in settings, or delete the App from the device. Purchase records held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat are governed by their policies.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR, the Turkish KVKK and similar laws you may ask what personal data we hold about you, and request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability. Our answer will be: we hold none, because the App sends us nothing. Your data is already fully in your hands on your own device, and you can export or erase it yourself at any time. If you believe personal data of yours has somehow reached us, write to us and we will delete it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date above. If a change ever meant that data began leaving your device, we would say so clearly and ask for your consent before it took effect.

Kısacası: Lawyer's Daily hesap açmıyor, giriş istemiyor, reklam göstermiyor ve analiz aracı kullanmıyor. Kaydettiğiniz her şey, yani hedefleriniz, çalışma kayıtlarınız, notlarınız ve ses kayıtlarınız yalnızca kendi cihazınızda kalır. Bunlar bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz ve tarafımızdan görülemez.
1. Bu uygulama kimin için
Uygulama, yetişkin hukuk profesyonelleri için bir kişisel üretkenlik ve motivasyon aracıdır: avukatlar, savcılar, hâkimler, stajyerler ve hukuk öğrencileri. Çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan bilgi toplamayız.
2. Toplamadıklarımız
- Ad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, doğum tarihi ya da posta adresi toplanmaz.
- Hesap ya da giriş yoktur; kayıt olunacak bir yer bulunmaz.
- Reklam kimliği kullanılmaz; üçüncü taraf reklam ya da davranışsal takip yoktur.
- Analiz, çöküş raporlama ya da kullanım telemetrisi aracı bulunmaz.
- Kamera, fotoğraf galerisi, konum ve rehber erişimi istenmez.
- Sosyal özellik yoktur; başka kullanıcılarla mesajlaşma veya paylaşım mümkün değildir.
Uygulamanın kendine ait bir sunucusu yoktur. İçeriğinizi alabilecek bir arka uç işletmiyoruz.
3. Mikrofon ve ses kayıtları
Uygulamada sesli günlük özelliği vardır: gününüzü kendi sesinizle kaydedip sonra dinleyerek ilerlemenizi duyabilirsiniz. Mikrofonu kullanan tek özellik budur ve yalnızca siz kaydı başlattığınızda çalışır.
- Kayıt yalnızca kayıt düğmesine dokunduğunuzda başlar ve durdurduğunuzda biter. Uygulama arka planda dinleme yapmaz.
- Cihazınız ilk seferde mikrofon izni ister. İzni reddedebilir ya da sonradan sistem ayarlarından geri alabilirsiniz; uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışmaya devam eder.
- Kayıtlar yalnızca cihazınızdaki uygulama deposunda saklanır. Hiçbir zaman yüklenmez, aktarılmaz, üçüncü bir tarafa yazıya dökülmez ve bize gönderilmez.
- Konuşma tanıma ya da yapay zekâ ile ses işleme yoktur; söylediğiniz hiçbir şey analiz edilmez.
- Herhangi bir kaydı uygulama içinden dinleyebilir ya da kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.
4. Cihazınızda kalanlar
Profiliniz (seçtiğiniz ad, göreviniz ve branşınız), hedefleriniz, çalışma kayıtlarınız, rutin kontrol listeleriniz, istatistikleriniz, hatırlatıcılarınız, PIN kodunuz ve ses kayıtlarınız cihazınızdaki uygulama deposunda saklanır. Bunlar bize yüklenmez ve tarafımızdan görülemez. Uygulamayı silmek bunların hepsini siler.
5. Müvekkil bilgileri
Notlar ve kayıtlar yalnızca cihazınızda durduğu için, bir müvekkil hakkında yazdığınız ya da söylediğiniz hiçbir şey bize ulaşmaz. Neyi kaydedeceğinize siz karar verirsiniz. Uygulama kişisel bir alışkanlık ve odak takipçisidir, güvenli bir müvekkil dosya sistemi değildir; bu nedenle müvekkil kimliğini belli edecek bilgileri hiç girmemenizi ve mesleki sır saklama, avukat müvekkil gizliliği ve veri koruma yükümlülükleri kurallarına uymanızı öneririz. Uygulama 4 haneli PIN kilidi sunar; bunu cihazınızın ekran kilidi ve şifrelemesiyle birlikte kullanın.
6. Hatırlatıcılar
Hatırlatıcı oluşturursanız uygulama, cihazınızın işletim sistemi üzerinden yerel bildirim planlar. Seçtiğiniz başlık cihazınızda saklanır ve sistem bildirim planlayıcısına verilir. Hiçbir hatırlatıcı sunucu üzerinden gönderilmez ve bize ulaşmaz.
7. Kendi aldığınız yedekler
Uygulama, verilerinizi JSON dosyası olarak dışa aktarabilir. Bu dosya, kaydetmeyi seçtiğiniz yere yazılır ve tamamen sizin kontrolünüzdedir. Bulut sürücüsünde saklarsanız ya da kendinize gönderirseniz o hizmetin gizlilik politikası geçerli olur. Bu dosya bize ulaşmaz.
8. Satın almalar
İsteğe bağlı satın almalar ve abonelikler App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir. Bir satın almanın etkin olup olmadığını kontrol etmek için RevenueCat kullanıyoruz. RevenueCat, mağazadan rastgele üretilmiş uygulamaya özgü bir kimlik ve satın alma makbuzu alır; adınızı, e-postanızı ya da notlarınızı, kayıtlarınızı ve müvekkil bilgilerinizi almaz. Ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. RevenueCat, Apple ve Google politikalarına bakınız.
9. Veri saklama ve silme
Elimizde kişisel veri bulunmadığı için saklayacağımız ya da sileceğimiz bir şey yoktur. Uygulamanın sakladığı her şeyi kaldırmak için tek tek silebilir, ayarlardaki “Tüm Verileri Sıfırla” seçeneğini kullanabilir ya da uygulamayı cihazdan kaldırabilirsiniz. Apple, Google ve RevenueCat’te tutulan satın alma kayıtları kendi politikalarına tâbidir.
10. Haklarınız
KVKK, GDPR ve benzeri mevzuat kapsamında hakkınızda hangi kişisel veriyi tuttuğumuzu sorabilir; erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama ve taşınabilirlik talep edebilirsiniz. Cevabımız şu olacaktır: hiçbir veri tutmuyoruz, çünkü uygulama bize hiçbir şey göndermiyor. Verileriniz zaten tamamen sizin cihazınızda ve istediğiniz an dışa aktarabilir ya da silebilirsiniz. Bir şekilde bize kişisel verinizin ulaştığını düşünüyorsanız yazın, silelim. Ayrıca yerel veri koruma kurumuna şikâyet hakkınız vardır.
11. Politikadaki değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz. Bir değişiklik verinin cihazınızdan çıkması anlamına gelseydi bunu açıkça belirtir ve yürürlüğe girmeden önce onayınızı isterdik.

En resumen: Lawyer's Daily no crea cuentas, no pide registro, no muestra anuncios y no usa analítica. Todo lo que usted registra, es decir sus objetivos, registros de trabajo, notas y grabaciones de voz, permanece en su propio dispositivo. Nunca nos llega y no podemos verlo.
1. Para quién es esta aplicación
La Aplicación es una herramienta personal de productividad y motivación para profesionales del derecho adultos: abogados, fiscales, jueces, pasantes y estudiantes de derecho. No está dirigida a niños y no recopilamos conscientemente información de ellos.
2. Lo que no recopilamos
- Ningún nombre, correo, teléfono, fecha de nacimiento ni dirección postal.
- Ninguna cuenta ni inicio de sesión; no hay nada a lo que registrarse.
- Ningún identificador publicitario, ninguna publicidad de terceros ni seguimiento conductual.
- Ningún SDK de analítica, de informes de fallos ni telemetría de uso.
- Ningún acceso a cámara, fototeca, ubicación ni contactos.
- Ninguna función social; no es posible chatear ni compartir con otros usuarios.
La Aplicación no tiene servidor propio. No operamos ningún backend que pudiera recibir su contenido.
3. Micrófono y grabaciones de voz
La Aplicación incluye un diario de voz: puede grabarse hablando de su día y luego escucharse para oír su progreso. Es la única función que usa el micrófono y solo graba cuando usted lo inicia.
- La grabación empieza solo al pulsar el botón y termina al detenerla. La Aplicación nunca escucha en segundo plano.
- Su dispositivo pide permiso de micrófono la primera vez. Puede denegarlo o retirarlo después en los ajustes del sistema, y el resto de la Aplicación sigue funcionando.
- Las grabaciones se guardan solo en el almacenamiento de la Aplicación en su dispositivo. Nunca se suben, se transmiten, se transcriben por terceros ni se nos envían.
- No hay reconocimiento de voz ni procesamiento con inteligencia artificial; nada analiza lo que usted dijo.
- Puede reproducir o borrar definitivamente cualquier grabación desde la Aplicación.
4. Lo que permanece en su dispositivo
Su perfil (el nombre que elija, su cargo y su especialidad), objetivos, registros de trabajo, listas de rutina, estadísticas, recordatorios, PIN y grabaciones se guardan en el almacenamiento de la Aplicación en su dispositivo. No se suben y no podemos verlos. Eliminar la Aplicación borra todo.
5. Información sobre clientes
Como las notas y grabaciones viven solo en su dispositivo, nada de lo que escriba o diga sobre un cliente nos llega. Usted decide qué registra. La Aplicación es un rastreador personal de hábitos y foco, no un sistema seguro de expedientes, por lo que recomendamos no introducir información que identifique a un cliente y respetar el secreto profesional, la confidencialidad y las obligaciones de protección de datos. La Aplicación ofrece bloqueo por PIN de 4 dígitos; úselo junto con el bloqueo de pantalla y el cifrado del dispositivo.
6. Recordatorios
Si crea recordatorios, la Aplicación programa notificaciones locales a través del sistema operativo. El título que elija se guarda en su dispositivo y se pasa al planificador de notificaciones del sistema. Ningún recordatorio se envía por servidor ni nos llega.
7. Copias que usted mismo crea
La Aplicación puede exportar sus datos como archivo JSON. Ese archivo se guarda donde usted elija y queda por completo bajo su control. Si lo guarda en la nube o se lo envía, se aplica la política de ese servicio. Nosotros nunca lo recibimos.
8. Compras
Las compras y suscripciones opcionales las procesa App Store o Google Play. Usamos RevenueCat para comprobar si una compra está activa. RevenueCat recibe un identificador aleatorio específico de la app y el recibo de la tienda, no su nombre, su correo ni sus notas, grabaciones o información sobre clientes. Nunca vemos los datos de su tarjeta. Consulte las políticas de RevenueCat, Apple y Google.
9. Conservación y borrado
Como no tenemos datos personales suyos, no hay nada que conservar ni borrar. Para eliminar todo lo que guarda la Aplicación, borre elementos concretos, use “Restablecer todos los datos” en los ajustes o elimine la Aplicación. Los registros de compra en Apple, Google y RevenueCat se rigen por sus políticas.
10. Sus derechos
Conforme al RGPD, la KVKK turca y normas similares, puede preguntar qué datos personales tenemos y solicitar acceso, corrección, supresión, limitación o portabilidad. Nuestra respuesta será: no tenemos ninguno, porque la Aplicación no nos envía nada. Sus datos ya están enteramente en sus manos y puede exportarlos o borrarlos cuando quiera. Si cree que algún dato suyo nos ha llegado, escríbanos y lo borraremos. También tiene derecho a reclamar ante su autoridad de protección de datos.
11. Cambios en esta política
Si esta política cambia, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba. Si algún cambio implicara que los datos salen de su dispositivo, lo diríamos con claridad y pediríamos su consentimiento antes de aplicarlo.
