These Terms govern your use of the My Child's Video List mobile application (the “App”), published by Safiye Meram (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please delete the App.
1. Who may use the App
The App is for parents and legal guardians. You must be an adult to create an account, build or share lists, write notes or make purchases. Kid Mode may be handed to a child only under your supervision; you remain responsible for what your child watches.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
3. YouTube content
The App does not host videos. It plays videos from YouTube through YouTube’s embedded player, subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Video availability, quality and content are controlled by YouTube and the channel owners, not by us. The App checks that a video can be embedded and is not age-restricted when it is added; it cannot review the content of every video. You choose what your child watches.
4. Your content and community lists
- You own the lists, notes and ratings you create. By sharing a list publicly you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it, together with your display name, to other users of the App.
- Only share videos that are suitable for children and that you have actually reviewed. Do not post content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, hateful, sexual, violent, or that infringes anyone’s rights. Notes must be honest and respectful.
- Lists that receive several reports are hidden automatically pending review. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules, without notice.
- Other parents’ lists are opinions, not professional educational advice.
5. Accounts
Keep your password and parent PIN confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
- Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and billed by them, not by us. Prices are shown before purchase. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
7. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features, and may stop supporting older versions or discontinue the App or its online services. Features that depend on our servers (accounts, community lists, sync) may become unavailable.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the App unlawfully, do not attempt to bypass the parent gate, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, scrape it, or use automated means to interact with it.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for the content of third-party videos, for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data resulting from device loss or deletion of the App. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Third parties
The App uses Supabase (hosting and authentication), RevenueCat (subscription management), YouTube (video playback) and the Apple App Store / Google Play (billing). Their terms apply to those parts of the service. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide support for the App.
11. Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by deleting your account and the App. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date above will change, and continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Bu Koşullar, Safiye Meram (“biz”) tarafından yayımlanan My Child's Video List mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek ya da kullanarak bunları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı silin.
1. Uygulamayı kim kullanabilir
Uygulama ebeveynler ve yasal veliler içindir. Hesap açmak, liste kurmak ya da paylaşmak, not yazmak ve satın alma yapmak için yetişkin olmalısınız. Çocuk Modu çocuğa yalnızca sizin gözetiminizde verilebilir; çocuğunuzun ne izlediğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
2. Lisans
Uygulamayı sahip olduğunuz ya da kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kurup kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Yasaların yasakladığı durumlar dışında Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, satamaz, alt lisans veremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz ya da kaynak kodunu çıkarmaya çalışamazsınız.
3. YouTube içeriği
Uygulama video barındırmaz. Videoları YouTube Hizmet Şartları’na tabi olarak YouTube’un gömülü oynatıcısıyla oynatır. Videoların erişilebilirliği, kalitesi ve içeriği YouTube ve kanal sahiplerinin kontrolündedir, bizim değil. Uygulama, bir video eklenirken gömülebildiğini ve yaş sınırlı olmadığını kontrol eder; her videonun içeriğini inceleyemez. Çocuğunuzun ne izleyeceğini siz seçersiniz.
4. İçeriğiniz ve topluluk listeleri
- Oluşturduğunuz listeler, notlar ve puanlar size aittir. Bir listeyi herkese açık paylaşarak onu görünen adınızla birlikte Uygulamanın diğer kullanıcılarına göstermemiz için bize dünya çapında, telifsiz bir lisans vermiş olursunuz.
- Yalnızca çocuklara uygun ve gerçekten izlediğiniz videoları paylaşın. Yasa dışı, zararlı, yanıltıcı, nefret içeren, cinsel, şiddet içeren ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik paylaşmayın. Notlar dürüst ve saygılı olmalıdır.
- Birden fazla şikâyet alan listeler inceleme beklerken otomatik gizlenir. Bu kuralları ihlal eden içeriği kaldırabilir, hesapları bildirimsiz askıya alabiliriz.
- Diğer ebeveynlerin listeleri kişisel görüştür, profesyonel eğitim tavsiyesi değildir.
5. Hesaplar
Şifrenizi ve ebeveyn PIN’inizi gizli tutun; hesabınız altındaki etkinlikten siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Profil → Hesabı sil ile silebilirsiniz.
6. Satın alma ve abonelikler
- Premium, Apple App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden satılan ve onlar tarafından faturalandırılan isteğe bağlı, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Fiyatlar satın almadan önce gösterilir. Sunulduğu yerde ücretsiz deneme, bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse ücretli aboneliğe dönüşür.
- Abonelikler iptal edilene kadar otomatik yenilenir. App Store ya da Google Play hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
- İadeler Apple ya da Google’ın kendi politikalarına göre yapılır. Doğrudan iade yapamayız.
7. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabilir; eski sürümleri desteklemeyi bırakabilir, Uygulamayı ya da çevrimiçi hizmetlerini sonlandırabiliriz. Sunucularımıza bağlı özellikler (hesaplar, topluluk listeleri, eşitleme) kullanılamaz hale gelebilir.
8. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı yasa dışı kullanmayın; ebeveyn kapısını atlatmaya, hizmeti bozmaya ya da yetkisiz erişmeye çalışmayın, veri kazımayın, otomatik araçlarla etkileşmeyin.
9. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama, yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu şekliyle”, hiçbir garanti olmaksızın sunulur. Üçüncü taraf videoların içeriğinden, dolaylı, arızi ya da sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan, cihaz kaybı ya da Uygulamanın silinmesinden kaynaklanan veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm, yasal tüketici haklarınız dahil, yasayla sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.
10. Üçüncü taraflar
Uygulama Supabase (barındırma ve kimlik doğrulama), RevenueCat (abonelik yönetimi), YouTube (video oynatma) ve Apple App Store / Google Play (faturalandırma) kullanır. Hizmetin bu bölümlerinde onların koşulları geçerlidir. Apple ve Google bu Koşulların tarafı değildir ve Uygulama için destek sağlama yükümlülükleri yoktur.
11. Fesih
Hesabınızı ve Uygulamayı silerek bu sözleşmeyi istediğiniz zaman sonlandırabilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları esaslı biçimde ihlal ederseniz lisansınızı askıya alabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz.
12. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kuralları dikkate alınmaksızın ve ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin zorunlu tüketici korumalarından sizi yoksun bırakmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
13. Koşullarda değişiklik
Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki “son güncelleme” tarihi değişir; güncellemeden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
