These Terms govern your use of the Paperdoll Daily mobile application (the “App”), published by Safiye Meram (“we”, “us”). The App is made for children, so these Terms are addressed to the parent or legal guardian who installs it. By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please delete the App.
1. Who may use the App
Paperdoll Daily is a dress up game directed to children. A parent or legal guardian must read and accept these Terms on the child's behalf, must supervise the child's use of the App, and remains responsible for every purchase made in it. The purchase screen and the deletion of saved pictures sit behind a parent gate: a multiplication question that a young child is not expected to answer.
2. What the App does
The App shows a paper doll and a wardrobe of paper clothes that were cut out of printed dress up sheets. A child can tap or drag an item onto the doll, wear several pieces at once, move each piece, make it bigger or smaller, change its colour, bring it in front of or behind another piece, make the doll herself smaller, and choose a background scene. A picture of the finished doll can be saved into an album inside the App. Everything the App records is kept on your own device.
3. The artwork
The dolls, the clothes, the scenes and the page design are our own work and are protected by copyright. The clothes are cut from dress up sheets we produced for this App.
If you believe any content in the App infringes a right you hold, write to us at the address below and we will review it and remove the item if the claim is justified.
4. Pictures the App makes
The pictures in the album are drawings the App itself composes from the doll, her clothes and the chosen scene. No camera is used and no photograph of a person is ever taken. The pictures stay in the App's own storage on the device. If you choose to save or share one, your phone or tablet opens its own share sheet and takes over from there; what happens after that is governed by the operating system and by whichever app you send the picture to.
5. Purchases
A large part of the wardrobe is free. The rest is unlocked by a subscription purchased through your App Store or Google Play account, and the purchase screen sits behind the parent gate. Payment is charged to that store account at confirmation.
The subscription is offered monthly and yearly and renews itself unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your store account settings at any time. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, not by us. We use RevenueCat to check whether a purchase is active.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or modify the App, use it unlawfully, or try to unlock paid content without paying for it.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its artwork and its design belong to us and are protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you control, for your own family's use.
8. Changes
We may change the App or these Terms, and we may add or remove clothes and scenes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
9. Liability
The App is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for pictures lost because an App or a device was deleted, reset or replaced. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.

Bu koşullar, Safiye Meram tarafından yayımlanan Paperdoll Daily mobil uygulamasının (“Uygulama”) kullanımını düzenler. Uygulama çocuklar için yapılmıştır; bu yüzden koşullar, uygulamayı kuran ebeveyn ya da yasal vasiye hitap eder. Uygulamayı indirerek ya da kullanarak bunları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı silin.
1. Kimler kullanabilir
Paperdoll Daily çocuklara yönelik bir giydirme oyunudur. Bu koşulları çocuk adına bir ebeveyn ya da yasal vasi okuyup kabul etmeli, çocuğun kullanımını gözetmeli ve uygulamada yapılan her satın almadan sorumlu olmalıdır. Satın alma ekranı ve kayıtlı resimlerin silinmesi bir ebeveyn kapısının arkasındadır: küçük bir çocuğun yanıtlaması beklenmeyen bir çarpım sorusu.
2. Uygulama ne yapar
Uygulama bir kağıt bebek ile, basılı giydirme sayfalarından kesilmiş bir kağıt kıyafet gardırobu gösterir. Çocuk bir parçaya dokunarak ya da onu bebeğin üstüne sürükleyerek giydirebilir, aynı anda birden çok parça takabilir, her parçayı yerinden oynatabilir, büyütüp küçültebilir, rengini değiştirebilir, bir parçayı diğerinin önüne ya da arkasına alabilir, bebeğin kendisini küçültebilir ve bir arka plan seçebilir. Tamamlanan bebeğin resmi uygulamanın içindeki bir albüme kaydedilebilir. Uygulamanın kaydettiği her şey kendi cihazınızda kalır.
3. Çizimler
Bebekler, kıyafetler, sahneler ve sayfa tasarımı kendi eserimizdir ve telif hakkıyla korunur. Kıyafetler bu uygulama için ürettiğimiz giydirme sayfalarından kesilmiştir.
Uygulamadaki bir içeriğin hakkınızı ihlal ettiğini düşünüyorsanız aşağıdaki adresten bize yazın; inceleyip haklı bulursak içeriği kaldırırız.
4. Uygulamanın yaptığı resimler
Albümdeki resimler, uygulamanın bebeği, kıyafetlerini ve seçilen sahneyi birleştirerek kendi oluşturduğu çizimlerdir. Kamera kullanılmaz ve hiçbir zaman bir kişinin fotoğrafı çekilmez. Resimler cihazda, uygulamanın kendi deposunda durur. Bir resmi kaydetmeyi ya da paylaşmayı seçerseniz telefonunuz ya da tabletiniz kendi paylaşım sayfasını açar ve işi oradan devralır; sonrasında olan her şey işletim sisteminin ve resmi gönderdiğiniz uygulamanın kurallarına tabidir.
5. Satın alma
Gardırobun büyük bir bölümü ücretsizdir. Kalanı, App Store ya da Google Play hesabınız üzerinden alınan bir abonelikle açılır; satın alma ekranı ebeveyn kapısının arkasındadır. Ödeme, onay anında o mağaza hesabından tahsil edilir.
Abonelik aylık ve yıllık olarak sunulur ve dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe kendini yeniler. Ücret, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesaptan alınır. Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman mağaza hesabı ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz. İadeler bizim tarafımızdan değil, kendi koşulları uyarınca Apple ya da Google tarafından yürütülür. Bir satın almanın etkin olup olmadığını denetlemek için RevenueCat kullanırız.
6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı kaynak koda dönüştürmeye, tersine mühendislikle çözmeye ya da değiştirmeye çalışmayın; hukuka aykırı biçimde kullanmayın; ücretli içeriği ödeme yapmadan açmaya kalkışmayın.
7. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama, çizimleri ve tasarımı bize aittir ve telif hakkıyla korunur. Size, kontrolünüzdeki cihazlarda kendi ailenizin kullanımı için kişisel, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir kullanım lisansı verilir.
8. Değişiklikler
Uygulamayı ya da bu koşulları değiştirebilir, kıyafet ve sahne ekleyip çıkarabiliriz. Sayfanın başındaki tarih geçerli sürümü gösterir. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, değişikliği kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
9. Sorumluluk
Uygulama olduğu gibi sunulur. Hukukun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, dolaylı ya da netice kabilinden zararlardan, uygulama veya cihaz silindiği, sıfırlandığı ya da değiştirildiği için kaybolan resimlerden sorumlu değiliz. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm, hukuken sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu, ihmalden kaynaklanan ölüm ya da bedensel zarar sorumluluğu dahil, sınırlamaz.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir ve İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
