Riddle Box is made by one person. Write to gelistirbizi@gmail.com and you will get a real answer, usually within two working days. The questions below are the ones that come up most.

I subscribed but Premium is still locked

Open the purchase screen again (pass the grown-up check) and tap Restore purchases. Make sure the device is signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase, and that it is online. If it still does not unlock, email us the store receipt and we will sort it out.

How do I cancel the subscription?

The subscription is billed by the store, so it is cancelled there. On iPhone or iPad: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, Riddle Box, Cancel. On Android: Play Store, profile picture, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current year stays open until it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

The microphone button does nothing, or my answer is not written down

The first tap asks for microphone and speech recognition permission; if it was declined, turn it back on in the device settings under Riddle Box. After that, tap the button, wait for it to turn pink, then speak. The words appear in the answer box as you talk. Dictation does not send the answer by itself, on purpose: tap the check button when the text looks right, so a misheard word does not cost a try. Each new dictation replaces what the previous one wrote.

The app reads riddles out loud, or does not

The first run asks whether you want the riddles read aloud, and the answer is remembered. The speaker button on the riddle screen silences it instantly and shows a cross while it is muted.

My age group only has about a hundred riddles

Each age group is its own pool. To draw from all of them, tap the age box on the home screen and turn on Ask from every age group. The Levels screen has the same choice as a fourth door called Mixed, which shows the whole bank.

Do riddles repeat?

A riddle that has been asked is marked and will not come back until the pool has run out. The Levels screen shows every riddle with its mark, and has a button that clears the marks if you want to start the pool again.

I forgot the parent PIN

On the PIN screen tap I forgot the PIN and answer the multiplication. The PIN is cleared and you can set a new one. The PIN is stored only on the device, hashed; we cannot read it or recover it for you.

I deleted the app and lost the points

Everything is stored on the device only, which is what keeps children’s data private. There is no cloud backup, so deleting the app removes the profiles, points and history for good. The parent panel has an export button that saves the statistics as a file before you delete anything.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. The riddles are inside the app. A connection is needed only to buy or restore the subscription.

Will it send notifications?

No. Riddle Box sends no notifications at all.

A riddle looks wrong, or my correct answer was refused

Tell us which riddle and what you typed, and we will fix it in the next update. The riddles are traditional and anonymous, so wording differs from region to region; the answer check accepts common variants and small typos, but it cannot know every version.

Aboneliği nasıl iptal ederim?

Mikrofon düğmesi çalışmıyor ya da cevabım yazılmıyor

İlk dokunuş mikrofon ve konuşma tanıma izni ister; reddedildiyse cihaz ayarlarında Bilmece Kutusu altından yeniden açın. Sonrasında düğmeye dokunun, pembeye dönmesini bekleyin ve konuşun. Kelimeler siz konuşurken cevap kutusunda belirir. Dikte cevabı kendiliğinden göndermez, bu bilinçli: metin doğru göründüğünde kontrol düğmesine basın ki yanlış duyulan bir kelime hak yakmasın. Her yeni dikte, öncekinin yazdığının yerine geçer.

Uygulama bilmeceleri sesli okuyor ya da okumuyor

İlk açılışta bilmecelerin sesli okunmasını isteyip istemediğiniz sorulur ve cevap hatırlanır. Bilmece ekranındaki hoparlör düğmesi sesi anında susturur ve susturulduğu sürece üstünde çarpı görünür.

Yaş grubumda yalnızca yüz kadar bilmece var

PIN ekranında PIN'i unuttum düğmesine dokunun ve çarpma işlemini cevaplayın. PIN silinir, yenisini belirleyebilirsiniz. PIN yalnızca cihazda ve özetlenmiş olarak saklanır; biz onu okuyamaz ve size geri veremeyiz.

Hangi bilmece olduğunu ve ne yazdığınızı bize bildirin, bir sonraki güncellemede düzeltelim. Bilmeceler geleneksel ve anonimdir, bu yüzden söyleniş yöreden yöreye değişir; cevap denetimi yaygın varyantları ve küçük yazım hatalarını kabul eder ama her sürümü bilemez.
