Please include your phone model, the operating system version, the app version from the Settings tab, and which controller you are testing.

My controller does not appear

Pair the controller in your phone's own Bluetooth settings first, or connect it with a USB-C OTG cable. StickBench lists only controllers the operating system has already accepted. If the system shows it as connected and the app does not, pull down on the bench screen to rescan.

On iOS, only controllers supported by Apple's Game Controller framework appear: PlayStation DualShock 4 and DualSense, Xbox Wireless and Elite Series 2, Switch Pro and Joy-Con, and MFi pads. A generic USB gamepad with no iOS driver will not show up, and no app can change that.

The touchpad or motion panel is missing

Those panels only open when the platform will actually give us the data. Android does not expose the DualSense touch surface to an ordinary app, so the touchpad lab is iOS only. Controller gyroscopes need Android 12 or newer. When a panel is hidden it is because the reading would be empty, not because it was forgotten.

The mouse polling rate reads nothing on Android

Android only hands over raw pointer motion while the app holds pointer capture. Tap Start in the mouse lab to take capture, then sweep the mouse. Without capture, Android reports an accelerated cursor position, which would tell you about the phone rather than the mouse.

Timing figures look noisier than I expected

On Android 13 and earlier the system rounds input timestamps to the millisecond, which is too coarse to describe jitter at 1000 Hz. The average rate is still correct. Android 14 and newer report nanoseconds and the jitter figure becomes meaningful.

I paid and Premium is not showing

Open Settings and tap "Restore purchases". Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. If it still does not appear, write to gelistirbizi@gmail.com with the store receipt.

Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by the app. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store, profile picture, Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Deleting your data

Everything the app saves is on your phone. Settings, then "Erase all data", removes every profile and report. Deleting the app removes them too. There is no server copy to delete.
