These Terms govern your use of the Activity Daily mobile application (the “App”), published by Safiye Meram (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please delete the App.
1. Who may use the App
Activity Daily is designed for children, roughly from three to twelve years old, and for the adults who look after them. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must read and accept these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the App. The parent area, which holds usage statistics, is behind a parent password, and the purchase screen is behind a grown-up check.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code or content of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Content and intellectual property
The activities, their step-by-step instructions, explanations, tips, materials lists, the hobby catalogue, the ideas for going further and the translations are written by us and are protected by copyright. They may not be extracted, redistributed or used in other products.
The profiles you create, the hobby words a child adds in their own voice or by typing, the stars earned and the activity history belong to you. They are stored on your own device and are not uploaded to us.
4. Activities and safety
The App suggests short, hands-on activities that use everyday things found at home. A few steps call for scissors, a needle, a knife, a candle or something warm from the kitchen. Such steps are written for an adult to do or to supervise closely, and the App says so at that step. The parent or guardian decides which activities suit the child, prepares the materials, and stays nearby while the child works.
The timer in the App is a suggestion, not a rule. When it runs out nothing stops and nothing is lost; the child may keep going or add more time. The App is not a substitute for adult supervision, and we are not liable for injury or damage arising from an activity done without it.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
- Activity Daily is free to use. The free version gives one child profile, four hobbies at a time, one change of those hobbies, and one extra activity draw a day. The activity of the day itself is never locked, and neither are the parent area, the statistics, reading aloud or the microphone.
- Premium lifts those four limits: every hobby, changed as often as you like, a profile for each child, and as many fresh activities a day as you want. It is sold as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-off lifetime purchase. All three unlock exactly the same thing.
- Purchases are sold through the Apple App Store and billed by Apple, not by us. The price is shown before you buy, in your own currency.
- The two subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. The lifetime purchase is paid once and never renews.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- A grown-up check, a multiplication a young child cannot do, must be passed before the purchase screen opens.
6. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove activities and features, and may stop supporting older versions or discontinue the App. We will not delete anything stored on your device.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the App unlawfully, do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not use automated means to interact with it.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of saved profiles and history resulting from device loss, deletion of the App, or device failure. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Third parties
Speaking a hobby into the microphone and hearing the screens read aloud use the speech recognition and text-to-speech features of your device’s operating system, provided by Apple or Google. The App uses RevenueCat to check whether a purchase is active, and the Apple App Store for billing. Their terms apply to those parts of the service. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide support for the App.
10. Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date above will change, and continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Bu koşullar, Safiye Meram tarafından yayımlanan Activity Daily mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek ya da kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı silin.
1. Kimler kullanabilir
Activity Daily, kabaca üç ile on iki yaş arasındaki çocuklar ve onlara bakan yetişkinler için tasarlanmıştır. Yaşadığınız yerde reşit değilseniz, bu koşulları sizin adınıza bir ebeveyn ya da yasal vasi okuyup kabul etmeli ve kullanımınızdan o sorumlu olmalıdır. Kullanım istatistiklerini tutan veli alanı bir veli şifresinin, satın alma ekranı ise bir yetişkin kontrolünün arkasındadır.
2. Lisans
Uygulamayı, sahibi olduğunuz ya da kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlara kurup kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu ya da içeriğini kopyalayamaz, satamaz, alt lisanslayamaz, tersine mühendislikle çözemez veya çıkarmaya çalışamazsınız; yasanın bu kısıtlamayı yasakladığı haller saklıdır.
3. İçerik ve fikri mülkiyet
Etkinlikler, adım adım yönergeleri, açıklamaları, ipuçları, malzeme listeleri, hobi kataloğu, ileri gitme fikirleri ve çeviriler bizim tarafımızdan yazılmıştır ve telif hakkıyla korunur. Bunlar çıkarılamaz, yeniden dağıtılamaz ya da başka ürünlerde kullanılamaz.
Oluşturduğunuz profiller, çocuğun kendi sesiyle ya da yazarak eklediği hobi kelimeleri, kazanılan yıldızlar ve etkinlik geçmişi size aittir. Bunlar yalnızca kendi cihazınızda saklanır, bize yüklenmez.
4. Etkinlikler ve güvenlik
Uygulama, evde bulunan gündelik eşyalarla yapılan kısa, elle uğraşılan etkinlikler önerir. Birkaç adım makas, iğne, bıçak, mum ya da mutfaktan sıcak bir şey ister. Bu adımlar bir yetişkinin yapması ya da yakından gözetmesi için yazılmıştır ve uygulama o adımda bunu söyler. Hangi etkinliğin çocuğa uygun olduğuna ebeveyn ya da vasi karar verir, malzemeleri o hazırlar ve çocuk çalışırken yakınında durur.
Uygulamadaki süre bir öneridir, kural değildir. Süre dolduğunda hiçbir şey durmaz ve hiçbir şey kaybolmaz; çocuk devam edebilir ya da süre ekleyebilir. Uygulama yetişkin gözetiminin yerini tutmaz; gözetimsiz yapılan bir etkinlikten doğan yaralanma ya da hasardan sorumlu değiliz.
5. Satın alma ve abonelik
- Activity Daily'yi kullanmak ücretsizdir. Ücretsiz sürüm bir çocuk profili, aynı anda dört hobi, bu hobileri bir kez değiştirme ve günde bir kez yeniden etkinlik çekme hakkı verir. Günün etkinliğinin kendisi hiçbir zaman kilitlenmez; veli alanı, istatistikler, sesli okuma ve mikrofon da kilitlenmez.
- Premium bu dört sınırı kaldırır: bütün hobiler, istediğiniz kadar değiştirilebilir, her çocuğa ayrı profil ve günde istediğiniz kadar yeni etkinlik. Aylık abonelik, yıllık abonelik ya da tek seferlik ömür boyu satın alma olarak satılır. Üçü de tam olarak aynı şeyi açar.
- Satın almalar Apple App Store üzerinden satılır ve faturalandırma bizim tarafımızdan değil Apple tarafından yapılır. Fiyat, satın almadan önce kendi para biriminizde gösterilir.
- İki abonelik iptal edilene kadar kendiliğinden yenilenir. App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, bedelini zaten ödediğiniz dönemin sonunda geçerli olur. Ömür boyu satın alma bir kez ödenir ve hiç yenilenmez.
- İadeler Apple tarafından kendi politikalarına göre yürütülür. Doğrudan iade yapamayız.
- Satın alma ekranı açılmadan önce, küçük bir çocuğun yapamayacağı bir çarpma işlemiyle yetişkin kontrolünün geçilmesi gerekir.
6. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Etkinlik ve özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabilir; eski sürümlerin desteğini bırakabilir veya uygulamayı sonlandırabiliriz. Cihazınızda saklanan hiçbir şeyi silmeyiz.
7. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı biçimde kullanmayın, çalışmasını bozmaya ya da yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmayın, otomatik araçlarla etkileşime girmeyin.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Uygulama, yasanın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut haliyle” sunulur. Dolaylı, arızi ya da sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan; cihaz kaybı, uygulamanın silinmesi veya cihaz arızası sonucu kaydedilmiş profillerin ve geçmişin yitirilmesinden sorumlu değiliz. Buradaki hiçbir ifade, tüketici haklarınız dahil olmak üzere yasa gereği sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.
9. Üçüncü taraflar
Bir hobiyi mikrofona söylemek ve ekranların sesli okunması, cihazınızın işletim sistemindeki Apple ya da Google tarafından sağlanan konuşma tanıma ve metin okuma özelliklerini kullanır. Uygulama, bir satın almanın etkin olup olmadığını denetlemek için RevenueCat'i, faturalandırma için Apple App Store'u kullanır. Hizmetin bu bölümlerinde onların koşulları geçerlidir. Apple ve Google bu koşulların tarafı değildir ve uygulamaya destek verme yükümlülükleri yoktur.
10. Fesih
Uygulamayı silerek bu sözleşmeyi istediğiniz zaman sona erdirebilirsiniz. Koşulları esaslı biçimde ihlal etmeniz halinde lisansınızı askıya alabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye hukukuna tabidir; ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici korumalarından sizi yoksun bırakmaz.
12. Koşullardaki değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki “son güncelleme” tarihi değişir ve güncellemeden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
