1. Kabul
BiteScan uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

BiteScan bir tıbbi cihaz, sağlık hizmeti ya da diyetisyen değildir; ambalaj üzerindeki içindekiler listesini okumanıza yardımcı olan bir bilgi aracıdır. Uygulamadaki hiçbir içerik (sağlık skoru, risk seviyeleri, katkı maddesi açıklamaları dahil) tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis ya da tedavi önerisi değildir. Beslenme kararlarınızı, özellikle bir hastalığınız ya da alerjiniz varsa, doktorunuz veya diyetisyeninizle birlikte verin.
3. Her zaman ambalaj esastır
Alerjiniz ya da gıda intoleransınız varsa kararınızı uygulamaya değil, ürünün kendi etiketine dayandırın. Kamera bir satırı yanlış okuyabilir, ışık yetersiz olabilir, ambalaj kıvrımlı olabilir, üretici tarifi değiştirmiş olabilir ya da ürün "aynı tesiste üretilmiştir" türü bir uyarı taşıyabilir. Uygulamanın bir maddeyi bulamamış olması o maddenin üründe olmadığı anlamına gelmez.
4. İçerik veri tabanı ve sınırları
Uygulamanın içindeki katkı maddesi ve alerjen sözlüğü, AB katkı maddesi mevzuatındaki E-kodu listeleri ile kamuya açık gıda bilimi kaynaklarından derlenmiştir ve genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Risk seviyeleri; mevzuat durumu, kabul edilebilir günlük alım değerleri ve yaygın bilimsel değerlendirmeler ışığında yaptığımız editoryal bir sınıflandırmadır, resmî bir güvenlik derecelendirmesi değildir. Kaynaklar zaman içinde değişir; bilgilerin eksiksiz ya da güncel olduğunu garanti etmeyiz.
5. Sağlık skoru nasıl anlaşılmalı
Sağlık skoru, tanınan içeriklerin risk seviyelerinden ve profilinizdeki kurallardan hesaplanan bir özettir. Bir ürünün besin değerini, porsiyon miktarını ya da sizin günlük beslenmenizdeki yerini ölçmez. İki ürünü karşılaştırmak için bir başlangıç noktasıdır, mutlak bir yargı değildir.
6. Kamera ve metin tanıma
Uygulama kamerayı yalnızca siz tarama ekranındayken ve izin verdiğinizde kullanır. Kareler cihazınızda işlenir; fotoğraf çekilmez, kaydedilmez ve hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Kamera izni vermezseniz uygulamanın diğer bölümleri çalışmaya devam eder.
7. Lisans
Uygulama, kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için size sınırlı, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisansla sunulur. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız. Apple üzerinden edinilen sürümler için Apple'ın standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) geçerlidir.
8. Satın almalar ve abonelik
İsteğe bağlı Premium, Apple App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve ilgili mağaza hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi mağaza hesabınızın ayarlarından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. İadeler ilgili mağazanın politikalarına tabidir. Ömür boyu seçeneği tek seferlik bir satın almadır ve yenilenmez.
9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde; yanlış okunan ya da bulunamayan içerikler, eksik veya güncel olmayan veri tabanı kayıtları, alerjik reaksiyonlar, veri kaybı veya uygulamanın kullanımından ya da kullanılamamasından doğan hiçbir dolaylı veya doğrudan zarardan sorumlu tutulamayız. Bu madde, kanunen sınırlanamayan sorumlulukları ve tüketici haklarınızı etkilemez.
10. Değişiklikler ve yürürlük

By downloading or using the BiteScan app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
2. Not medical or dietary advice
BiteScan is not a medical device, a healthcare service or a dietitian. It is an information tool that helps you read the ingredients list printed on a package. Nothing in the app, including the health score, risk levels and additive explanations, is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. Make decisions about your diet, especially if you have a medical condition or an allergy, together with your doctor or dietitian.
3. The packaging always wins
If you have an allergy or a food intolerance, base your decision on the product label itself, not on the app. The camera can misread a line, the light can be poor, the packaging can be curved, the manufacturer may have changed the recipe, and a product may carry a "produced in the same facility" warning. If the app does not find an ingredient, that does not mean the ingredient is absent.
4. The ingredient database and its limits
The additive and allergen dictionary inside the app is compiled from the E-number lists in EU additive legislation and from publicly available food science sources, and is provided for general information. Risk levels are our editorial classification in the light of regulatory status, acceptable daily intake values and common scientific assessments. They are not an official safety rating. Sources change over time and we do not guarantee that the information is complete or current.
5. How to read the health score
The health score is a summary calculated from the risk levels of the recognised ingredients and from the rules in your profile. It does not measure a product’s nutritional value, the portion size or its place in your overall diet. It is a starting point for comparing two products, not an absolute judgement.
6. Camera and text recognition
The app uses the camera only while you are on the scanning screen and only with your permission. Frames are processed on your device: no photo is taken, nothing is stored and nothing is sent to any server. If you do not grant camera access, the rest of the app keeps working.
7. Licence
You are granted a limited, non transferable, non exclusive licence to use the app for personal, non commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app. For versions obtained through Apple, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (EULA) applies.
8. Purchases and subscription
The optional Premium plan is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and charged to that store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant store. The lifetime option is a one time purchase and does not renew.
9. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from misread or undetected ingredients, incomplete or out of date database entries, allergic reactions, data loss, or from the use of or inability to use the app. This clause does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law, nor your statutory consumer rights.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page. The terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.

3. Die Verpackung gilt immer
Bei einer Allergie oder Lebensmittelunverträglichkeit stützen Sie Ihre Entscheidung auf das Etikett des Produkts, nicht auf die App. Die Kamera kann eine Zeile falsch lesen, das Licht kann schlecht sein, die Verpackung gewölbt, der Hersteller kann die Rezeptur geändert haben, und ein Produkt kann den Hinweis "im selben Betrieb hergestellt" tragen. Findet die App eine Zutat nicht, heißt das nicht, dass sie nicht enthalten ist.
4. Die Zutatendatenbank und ihre Grenzen
Das in der App enthaltene Zusatzstoff- und Allergenlexikon ist aus den E-Nummern-Listen des EU-Zusatzstoffrechts und aus öffentlich zugänglichen lebensmittelwissenschaftlichen Quellen zusammengestellt und dient der allgemeinen Information. Die Risikostufen sind unsere redaktionelle Einordnung anhand von Zulassungsstatus, Werten für die duldbare tägliche Aufnahme und gängigen wissenschaftlichen Bewertungen. Sie sind keine amtliche Sicherheitsbewertung. Quellen ändern sich im Lauf der Zeit; wir übernehmen keine Gewähr für Vollständigkeit oder Aktualität.
5. Wie der Gesundheitsscore zu lesen ist
Der Gesundheitsscore ist eine Zusammenfassung aus den Risikostufen der erkannten Zutaten und den Regeln in Ihrem Profil. Er misst weder den Nährwert eines Produkts noch die Portionsgröße oder seinen Platz in Ihrer gesamten Ernährung. Er ist ein Ausgangspunkt zum Vergleich zweier Produkte, kein absolutes Urteil.
6. Kamera und Texterkennung
Die App nutzt die Kamera nur, solange Sie sich auf dem Scan-Bildschirm befinden, und nur mit Ihrer Erlaubnis. Die Bilder werden auf Ihrem Gerät verarbeitet: Es wird kein Foto aufgenommen, nichts gespeichert und nichts an einen Server gesendet. Ohne Kamerazugriff funktionieren die übrigen Teile der App weiterhin.
7. Lizenz
Sie erhalten eine beschränkte, nicht übertragbare, nicht ausschließliche Lizenz zur Nutzung der App für persönliche, nicht gewerbliche Zwecke. Sie dürfen die App nicht kopieren, verändern, zurückentwickeln oder weiterverbreiten. Für über Apple bezogene Versionen gilt Apples Standard-Lizenzvereinbarung für Endnutzer (EULA).
8. Käufe und Abonnement
Das optionale Premium-Angebot wird über den Apple App Store oder Google Play gekauft und über das jeweilige Store-Konto abgerechnet. Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums gekündigt werden. Sie können Ihr Abonnement in den Kontoeinstellungen des Stores verwalten und kündigen. Für Erstattungen gelten die Richtlinien des jeweiligen Stores. Die Lifetime-Option ist ein einmaliger Kauf und verlängert sich nicht.
9. Haftungsbeschränkung
Die App wird "wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig haften wir nicht für unmittelbare oder mittelbare Schäden durch falsch gelesene oder nicht erkannte Zutaten, unvollständige oder veraltete Datenbankeinträge, allergische Reaktionen, Datenverlust oder durch die Nutzung beziehungsweise Nichtnutzbarkeit der App. Gesetzlich nicht beschränkbare Haftung und Ihre Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.
10. Änderungen und geltendes Recht
Diese Bedingungen können aktualisiert werden. Die jeweils gültige Fassung steht auf dieser Seite. Es gilt das Recht der Republik Türkei.

2. No es asesoramiento médico ni dietético
BiteScan no es un producto sanitario, ni un servicio de salud, ni un dietista. Es una herramienta informativa que le ayuda a leer la lista de ingredientes impresa en el envase. Ningún contenido de la aplicación, incluidos la puntuación de salud, los niveles de riesgo y las explicaciones de aditivos, constituye asesoramiento médico, diagnóstico ni recomendación de tratamiento. Tome las decisiones sobre su alimentación, especialmente si tiene una enfermedad o una alergia, junto con su médico o su dietista.
3. El envase manda siempre
Si tiene alergia o intolerancia alimentaria, base su decisión en la etiqueta del producto, no en la aplicación. La cámara puede leer mal una línea, la luz puede ser insuficiente, el envase puede estar curvado, el fabricante puede haber cambiado la receta y el producto puede llevar un aviso de "elaborado en las mismas instalaciones". Que la aplicación no encuentre un ingrediente no significa que no esté presente.
4. La base de ingredientes y sus límites
El diccionario de aditivos y alérgenos incluido en la aplicación se ha compilado a partir de las listas de números E de la legislación europea de aditivos y de fuentes públicas de ciencia de los alimentos, y se ofrece a título informativo. Los niveles de riesgo son nuestra clasificación editorial a la luz del estado regulatorio, de las ingestas diarias admisibles y de las evaluaciones científicas habituales. No son una calificación oficial de seguridad. Las fuentes cambian con el tiempo y no garantizamos que la información esté completa ni actualizada.
5. Cómo leer la puntuación de salud
La puntuación de salud es un resumen calculado a partir de los niveles de riesgo de los ingredientes reconocidos y de las reglas de su perfil. No mide el valor nutricional del producto, ni el tamaño de la ración, ni su lugar en el conjunto de su dieta. Es un punto de partida para comparar dos productos, no un juicio absoluto.
6. Cámara y reconocimiento de texto
La aplicación usa la cámara solo mientras está en la pantalla de escaneo y solo con su permiso. Las imágenes se procesan en su dispositivo: no se toma ninguna foto, no se guarda nada y no se envía nada a ningún servidor. Si no concede acceso a la cámara, el resto de la aplicación sigue funcionando.
7. Licencia
Se le concede una licencia limitada, intransferible y no exclusiva para usar la aplicación con fines personales y no comerciales. No puede copiar, modificar, aplicar ingeniería inversa ni redistribuir la aplicación. Para las versiones obtenidas a través de Apple se aplica el Contrato de licencia de usuario final estándar de Apple (EULA).
8. Compras y suscripción
El plan Premium opcional se adquiere a través de la App Store de Apple o de Google Play y se cobra a esa cuenta de tienda. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente salvo que se cancelen al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo en curso. Puede gestionarlas y cancelarlas en los ajustes de su cuenta de la tienda. Los reembolsos están sujetos a las políticas de la tienda correspondiente. La opción de por vida es una compra única y no se renueva.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
La aplicación se ofrece "tal cual". En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, no somos responsables de daños directos ni indirectos derivados de ingredientes mal leídos o no detectados, de registros incompletos o desactualizados, de reacciones alérgicas, de pérdida de datos, ni del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la aplicación. Esta cláusula no afecta a la responsabilidad que no puede limitarse legalmente ni a sus derechos como consumidor.
10. Cambios y ley aplicable
Estas condiciones pueden actualizarse. La versión vigente está siempre en esta página. Se rigen por la ley de la República de Türkiye.

BiteScan n’est ni un dispositif médical, ni un service de santé, ni un diététicien. C’est un outil d’information qui vous aide à lire la liste des ingrédients imprimée sur l’emballage. Aucun contenu de l’application, y compris le score santé, les niveaux de risque et les explications sur les additifs, ne constitue un avis médical, un diagnostic ou une recommandation de traitement. Prenez vos décisions alimentaires, en particulier en cas de maladie ou d’allergie, avec votre médecin ou votre diététicien.
3. L’emballage prime toujours
En cas d’allergie ou d’intolérance alimentaire, fondez votre décision sur l’étiquette du produit et non sur l’application. La caméra peut mal lire une ligne, la lumière peut être insuffisante, l’emballage peut être bombé, le fabricant peut avoir changé la recette et le produit peut porter la mention « fabriqué dans le même atelier ». Si l’application ne trouve pas un ingrédient, cela ne signifie pas qu’il est absent.
4. La base d’ingrédients et ses limites
Le dictionnaire d’additifs et d’allergènes intégré à l’application est compilé à partir des listes de numéros E de la réglementation européenne sur les additifs et de sources publiques en science des aliments; il est fourni à titre d’information générale. Les niveaux de risque constituent notre classement éditorial au regard du statut réglementaire, des doses journalières admissibles et des évaluations scientifiques courantes. Ce n’est pas une notation officielle de sécurité. Les sources évoluent et nous ne garantissons ni l’exhaustivité ni l’actualité des informations.
5. Comment lire le score santé
Le score santé est un résumé calculé à partir des niveaux de risque des ingrédients reconnus et des règles de votre profil. Il ne mesure ni la valeur nutritionnelle du produit, ni la taille de la portion, ni sa place dans votre alimentation globale. C’est un point de départ pour comparer deux produits, pas un jugement absolu.
6. Caméra et reconnaissance de texte
L’application n’utilise la caméra que lorsque vous êtes sur l’écran de numérisation et uniquement avec votre autorisation. Les images sont traitées sur votre appareil: aucune photo n’est prise, rien n’est enregistré et rien n’est envoyé à un serveur. Sans accès à la caméra, le reste de l’application continue de fonctionner.
7. Licence
Il vous est accordé une licence limitée, non transférable et non exclusive d’utilisation de l’application à des fins personnelles et non commerciales. Vous ne pouvez ni copier, ni modifier, ni décompiler, ni redistribuer l’application. Pour les versions obtenues via Apple, le contrat de licence utilisateur final standard d’Apple (EULA) s’applique.
8. Achats et abonnement
L’offre Premium facultative est achetée via l’App Store d’Apple ou Google Play et facturée sur ce compte de boutique. Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement sauf résiliation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours. Vous pouvez les gérer et les résilier dans les réglages de votre compte. Les remboursements relèvent des politiques de la boutique concernée. L’option à vie est un achat unique et ne se renouvelle pas.
9. Limitation de responsabilité
L’application est fournie "en l’état". Dans la mesure maximale permise par la loi applicable, nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages directs ou indirects résultant d’ingrédients mal lus ou non détectés, d’entrées de base de données incomplètes ou obsolètes, de réactions allergiques, de pertes de données, ni de l’utilisation ou de l’impossibilité d’utiliser l’application. Cette clause n’affecte pas la responsabilité qui ne peut être limitée par la loi ni vos droits de consommateur.
10. Modifications et droit applicable
Les présentes conditions peuvent être mises à jour. La version en vigueur figure toujours sur cette page. Elles sont régies par le droit de la République de Türkiye.
