CoachYourself is published by Safiye Meram, Esenler/İstanbul, Türkiye. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
2. What the app does
CoachYourself is a study companion for university students. It builds a weekly study plan from the credits of your courses, times focus sessions with the server clock, keeps your grades and computes your average and a graduation projection, sends you reminders, and talks to you through a coach that reads your own data. You can raise your commitment level at any time; lowering it takes effect the following Monday by design.
3. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a contract. You need an account with a valid e-mail address. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.
4. It is a planning tool, not academic advice
Plans, averages, "what do I need on the exam" figures and graduation projections are estimates computed from the data you enter, using the grading rules you selected. Your university's own regulations always prevail: rounding, curves, weighting, attendance rules and graduation requirements differ between institutions and can change. Verify anything that matters with your faculty. We do not guarantee any grade, any pass, any graduation date or any other academic outcome.
5. Your data is yours
Everything you enter (courses, grades, notes, what you write to the coach) remains yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and process it in order to run the service for you. You can export it as a file at any time and delete it, together with your account, from inside the app. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Fair use
Do not try to break into other people's accounts, to bypass the server-side rules (points, timers, limits), to overload the service, to reverse-engineer the app, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that attack or abuse the service.
7. Free tier, Premium and subscriptions
The free tier is genuinely usable for a full term; some features and quantities are limited. Premium removes those limits and adds the graduation projection, the grade simulator, longer reports, unlimited reminders and the optional on-device coach model.
- Premium is sold as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price is shown in the store before you confirm, in your local currency.
- Where a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the charge is taken within the 24 hours before renewal. You manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are decided by Apple or Google under their own terms; we cannot issue them ourselves.
- Premium is granted by our server once the store confirms the purchase and is tied to your CoachYourself account, so it follows you to every device you sign in on. Use Restore purchases after reinstalling or on a new device.
8. The on-device language model
Premium users may download an optional small language model that runs on the phone. The model files are large, come from third-party repositories under their own licences (for example Google's Gemma terms or the Apache 2.0 licence for Qwen), and need a capable device with free storage. Its answers are generated text: they can be wrong, repetitive or oddly phrased, and the app falls back to the rule-based coach when they are not good enough. Treat them as suggestions, never as facts about your studies.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, add or remove features, interrupt the service for maintenance, or discontinue the app. If we ever discontinue it we will give reasonable notice inside the app so that you can export your data first. Notifications depend on your device's settings and battery management, so we cannot guarantee that a reminder always fires at the exact moment.
10. Ending the agreement
You can end it at any time by deleting your account in the app. We may end it if you breach these terms. Subscriptions are handled by the store and are not cancelled automatically when you delete your account: cancel them in your store account first.
11. What belongs to us
The app's code, design, texts, illustrations and the coach's rule set are our work and are protected by copyright. You may use the app; you may not copy, resell or redistribute it, or reuse its parts in your own product without our written permission.
12. Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for academic outcomes, missed deadlines, lost data or other loss arising from use of the app or from the estimates it shows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye; disputes fall to the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your own country.

2. Uygulama ne yapar
CoachYourself, üniversite öğrencileri için bir çalışma yoldaşıdır. Derslerinin kredilerinden haftalık çalışma planı kurar, odak oturumlarını sunucu saatiyle ölçer, notlarını tutar ve ortalamanı ile mezuniyet projeksiyonunu hesaplar, hatırlatır ve senin verini okuyan bir koç aracılığıyla seninle konuşur. Taahhüt seviyeni istediğin an yükseltebilirsin; düşürme bilinçli olarak bir sonraki pazartesi yürürlüğe girer.
3. Kimler kullanabilir
En az 18 yaşında ya da yaşadığın yerdeki reşitlik yaşında olmalı ve sözleşme yapabilmelisin. Geçerli bir e-posta adresiyle hesap gerekir. Şifreni kimseyle paylaşma; hesabın altında olanlardan sen sorumlusun. Kişi başı bir hesap.
4. Bu bir planlama aracıdır, akademik danışmanlık değil
Planlar, ortalamalar, "sınavdan kaç almalıyım" rakamları ve mezuniyet projeksiyonları, senin girdiğin verilerden, seçtiğin not kurallarıyla hesaplanan tahminlerdir. Üniversitenin kendi yönetmeliği her zaman önce gelir: yuvarlama, çan eğrisi, ağırlıklar, devam kuralları ve mezuniyet şartları kurumdan kuruma değişir ve değişebilir. Önemli olan her şeyi fakültenle doğrula. Hiçbir notu, geçmeyi, mezuniyet tarihini ya da başka bir akademik sonucu garanti etmeyiz.
5. Verin senindir
Girdiğin her şey (dersler, notlar, yazdıkların, koça söylediklerin) senin kalır. Bize yalnızca hizmeti senin için çalıştırmak üzere saklama ve işleme için gereken izni verirsin. Verini istediğin an dosya olarak dışa aktarabilir ve hesabınla birlikte uygulama içinden silebilirsin. Nasıl işlediğimiz Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılır.
6. Adil kullanım
Başkalarının hesabına girmeye, sunucu tarafındaki kuralları (puan, zamanlayıcı, sınırlar) atlatmaya, hizmeti aşırı yüklemeye, uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmeye ya da hukuka aykırı bir amaçla kullanmaya çalışma. Hizmete saldıran ya da kötüye kullanan hesapları askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz.
7. Ücretsiz katman, Premium ve abonelikler
Ücretsiz katman bir dönemi gerçekten yaşatır; bazı özellikler ve miktarlar sınırlıdır. Premium bu sınırları kaldırır; mezuniyet projeksiyonunu, not simülatörünü, daha uzun raporları, sınırsız hatırlatıcıyı ve isteğe bağlı cihaz içi koç modelini ekler.
- Premium, Apple App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden otomatik yenilenen aylık veya yıllık abonelik olarak satılır. Fiyat onaylamadan önce mağazada, yerel para biriminle gösterilir.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunuluyorsa, deneme bitmeden iptal etmezsen deneme sonunda ücretli aboneliğe dönüşür.
- Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir; ücret yenilemeden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır. Yönetimi ve iptali App Store ya da Google Play hesap ayarlarından yaparsın. İptal gelecek yenilemeleri durdurur; ödenen dönemin sonuna kadar erişimin sürer.
- İadelere Apple ya da Google kendi koşullarına göre karar verir; biz iade yapamayız.
- Premium, mağaza satın almayı onayladıktan sonra sunucumuz tarafından verilir ve CoachYourself hesabına bağlıdır; giriş yaptığın her cihazda seninle gelir. Yeniden kurulumda ya da yeni cihazda Satın alımları geri yükle'yi kullan.
8. Cihaz içi dil modeli
Premium kullanıcılar telefonda çalışan isteğe bağlı küçük bir dil modeli indirebilir. Model dosyaları büyüktür, üçüncü taraf depolardan kendi lisanslarıyla gelir (örneğin Google'ın Gemma koşulları ya da Qwen için Apache 2.0 lisansı) ve boş depolama alanı olan yeterli bir cihaz gerektirir. Yanıtları üretilmiş metindir: yanlış, tekrarlı ya da tuhaf olabilir; yeterince iyi olmadığında uygulama kural tabanlı koça döner. Bunları öneri say, çalışmana dair olgu değil.
9. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Özellikleri değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir ya da kaldırabilir, bakım için hizmete ara verebilir ya da uygulamayı sonlandırabiliriz. Sonlandırırsak önce verini dışa aktarabilmen için uygulama içinde makul süre önceden haber veririz. Bildirimler cihazının ayarlarına ve pil yönetimine bağlıdır; bir hatırlatıcının tam o anda çalacağını garanti edemeyiz.
10. Sözleşmenin sona ermesi
Uygulamadaki hesabını silerek istediğin an sona erdirebilirsin. Bu koşulları ihlal edersen biz sona erdirebiliriz. Abonelikleri mağaza yönetir; hesabını sildiğinde kendiliğinden iptal olmaz, önce mağaza hesabından iptal et.
11. Bize ait olanlar
Uygulamanın kodu, tasarımı, metinleri, çizimleri ve koçun kural kümesi bizim eserimizdir ve telif hakkıyla korunur. Uygulamayı kullanabilirsin; kopyalayamaz, yeniden satamaz ya da dağıtamaz, parçalarını yazılı iznimiz olmadan kendi ürününde kullanamazsın.
12. Sorumluluk
Uygulama olduğu gibi sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın ya da gösterdiği tahminlerin kullanımından doğan akademik sonuçlardan, kaçırılan teslimlerden, veri kaybından ya da başka zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Buradaki hiçbir şey yasayla sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz ve tüketici olarak yaşadığın ülkenin emredici hukukundan doğan haklarını elinden almaz.
13. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Kendi ülkenin emredici tüketici koruması saklıdır.

2. Was die App tut
CoachYourself ist ein Lernbegleiter für Studierende. Sie erstellt aus den Leistungspunkten Ihrer Kurse einen Wochenplan, misst Fokus-Sitzungen mit der Serveruhr, verwaltet Ihre Noten und berechnet Durchschnitt und Abschlussprognose, erinnert Sie und spricht mit Ihnen über einen Coach, der Ihre eigenen Daten liest. Ihr Engagement-Niveau können Sie jederzeit erhöhen; eine Senkung wird absichtlich erst am folgenden Montag wirksam.
3. Wer die App nutzen darf
Sie müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt bzw. an Ihrem Wohnort volljährig und geschäftsfähig sein. Sie benötigen ein Konto mit gültiger E-Mail-Adresse. Geben Sie Ihr Passwort nicht weiter; Sie sind für alles verantwortlich, was unter Ihrem Konto geschieht. Ein Konto pro Person.
4. Ein Planungswerkzeug, keine Studienberatung
Pläne, Durchschnitte, „Was brauche ich in der Prüfung“-Werte und Abschlussprognosen sind Schätzungen aus den Daten, die Sie eingeben, nach den von Ihnen gewählten Notenregeln. Die Ordnung Ihrer Hochschule hat immer Vorrang: Rundung, Gewichtung, Anwesenheitsregeln und Abschlussanforderungen unterscheiden sich und können sich ändern. Prüfen Sie alles Wichtige bei Ihrer Fakultät. Wir garantieren keine Note, kein Bestehen, keinen Abschlusstermin und kein sonstiges Studienergebnis.
5. Ihre Daten gehören Ihnen
Alles, was Sie eingeben (Kurse, Noten, Notizen, was Sie dem Coach schreiben), bleibt Ihres. Sie räumen uns nur die Lizenz ein, die nötig ist, um es zu speichern und zu verarbeiten, damit der Dienst für Sie funktioniert. Sie können es jederzeit als Datei exportieren und zusammen mit Ihrem Konto in der App löschen. Details in der Datenschutzerklärung.
6. Faire Nutzung
Versuchen Sie nicht, in fremde Konten einzudringen, die serverseitigen Regeln (Punkte, Timer, Limits) zu umgehen, den Dienst zu überlasten, die App zurückzuentwickeln oder sie für Rechtswidriges zu nutzen. Konten, die den Dienst angreifen oder missbrauchen, können wir sperren oder schließen.
7. Kostenlose Stufe, Premium und Abonnements
Die kostenlose Stufe reicht für ein ganzes Semester; einige Funktionen und Mengen sind begrenzt. Premium hebt diese Grenzen auf und ergänzt Abschlussprognose, Notensimulator, längere Berichte, unbegrenzte Erinnerungen und das optionale Coach-Modell auf dem Gerät.
- Premium wird als automatisch verlängerndes Monats- oder Jahresabonnement über den Apple App Store oder Google Play verkauft. Der Preis wird vor der Bestätigung im Store in Ihrer Währung angezeigt.
- Wird eine kostenlose Testphase angeboten, geht sie am Ende in ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement über, sofern Sie nicht vorher kündigen.
- Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch, wenn es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf der laufenden Periode gekündigt wird; die Abbuchung erfolgt innerhalb der 24 Stunden vor der Verlängerung. Verwaltung und Kündigung erfolgen in den Kontoeinstellungen des App Store bzw. von Google Play. Eine Kündigung stoppt künftige Verlängerungen; der Zugang bleibt bis zum Ende der bezahlten Periode bestehen.
- Über Erstattungen entscheiden Apple oder Google nach ihren eigenen Bedingungen; wir können sie nicht selbst gewähren.
- Premium wird von unserem Server freigeschaltet, sobald der Store den Kauf bestätigt, und ist an Ihr CoachYourself-Konto gebunden; es folgt Ihnen auf jedes Gerät, auf dem Sie sich anmelden. Nach einer Neuinstallation oder auf einem neuen Gerät nutzen Sie Käufe wiederherstellen.
8. Das Sprachmodell auf dem Gerät
Premium-Nutzer können ein optionales kleines Sprachmodell laden, das auf dem Telefon läuft. Die Modelldateien sind groß, stammen aus Repositorien Dritter unter deren Lizenzen (z. B. Googles Gemma-Bedingungen oder Apache 2.0 für Qwen) und benötigen ein leistungsfähiges Gerät mit freiem Speicher. Die Antworten sind generierter Text: Sie können falsch, repetitiv oder seltsam formuliert sein; reicht die Qualität nicht, fällt die App auf den regelbasierten Coach zurück. Betrachten Sie sie als Vorschläge, nie als Tatsachen über Ihr Studium.
9. Verfügbarkeit und Änderungen
Wir können Funktionen ändern, hinzufügen oder entfernen, den Dienst für Wartung unterbrechen oder die App einstellen. Bei einer Einstellung kündigen wir dies in der App mit angemessener Frist an, damit Sie Ihre Daten vorher exportieren können. Benachrichtigungen hängen von den Einstellungen und der Energieverwaltung Ihres Geräts ab; wir können nicht garantieren, dass eine Erinnerung immer genau zum Zeitpunkt ausgelöst wird.
10. Beendigung
Sie können den Vertrag jederzeit beenden, indem Sie Ihr Konto in der App löschen. Wir können ihn beenden, wenn Sie gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen. Abonnements verwaltet der Store; sie werden beim Löschen des Kontos nicht automatisch gekündigt. Kündigen Sie sie zuerst in Ihrem Store-Konto.
11. Was uns gehört
Code, Design, Texte, Illustrationen der App und das Regelwerk des Coachs sind unser Werk und urheberrechtlich geschützt. Sie dürfen die App nutzen; Sie dürfen sie nicht kopieren, weiterverkaufen oder weiterverbreiten und ihre Teile ohne unsere schriftliche Erlaubnis nicht in eigenen Produkten verwenden.
12. Haftung
Die App wird bereitgestellt, wie sie ist. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für Studienergebnisse, verpasste Fristen, Datenverlust oder sonstige Schäden aus der Nutzung der App oder der von ihr gezeigten Schätzungen. Nichts hierin beschränkt eine Haftung, die gesetzlich nicht beschränkt werden kann, oder nimmt Ihnen Rechte, die Ihnen als Verbraucher nach dem zwingenden Recht Ihres Wohnsitzlandes zustehen.
13. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt das Recht der Republik Türkei; zuständig sind die Gerichte und Vollstreckungsbehörden von İstanbul, unbeschadet des zwingenden Verbraucherschutzes Ihres Landes.

2. Ce que fait l'application
CoachYourself est un compagnon d'études pour étudiants. Elle construit un planning hebdomadaire à partir des crédits de vos cours, chronomètre les sessions de concentration avec l'horloge du serveur, conserve vos notes et calcule votre moyenne et une projection de diplôme, vous envoie des rappels et vous parle par l'intermédiaire d'un coach qui lit vos propres données. Vous pouvez augmenter votre niveau d'engagement à tout moment ; le diminuer prend effet le lundi suivant, à dessein.
3. Qui peut l'utiliser
Vous devez avoir au moins 18 ans, ou l'âge de la majorité de votre lieu de résidence, et être capable de contracter. Un compte avec une adresse e-mail valide est nécessaire. Gardez votre mot de passe pour vous ; vous êtes responsable de ce qui se passe sous votre compte. Un compte par personne.
4. Un outil de planification, pas un conseil académique
Les plannings, moyennes, chiffres « que dois-je obtenir à l'examen » et projections de diplôme sont des estimations calculées à partir des données que vous saisissez, selon les règles de notation que vous avez choisies. Le règlement de votre université prévaut toujours : arrondis, pondérations, règles d'assiduité et conditions de diplôme varient d'un établissement à l'autre et peuvent changer. Vérifiez auprès de votre faculté tout ce qui compte. Nous ne garantissons aucune note, aucune réussite, aucune date de diplôme ni aucun autre résultat académique.
5. Vos données vous appartiennent
Tout ce que vous saisissez (cours, notes, remarques, ce que vous écrivez au coach) reste à vous. Vous ne nous accordez que la licence nécessaire pour le stocker et le traiter afin de faire fonctionner le service pour vous. Vous pouvez l'exporter sous forme de fichier à tout moment et le supprimer, avec votre compte, depuis l'application. Le traitement est décrit dans la Politique de confidentialité.
6. Usage loyal
N'essayez pas d'accéder aux comptes d'autrui, de contourner les règles côté serveur (points, minuteurs, limites), de surcharger le service, de désassembler l'application ou de l'utiliser à des fins illicites. Nous pouvons suspendre ou fermer les comptes qui attaquent le service ou en abusent.
7. Offre gratuite, Premium et abonnements
L'offre gratuite permet réellement de vivre un semestre complet ; certaines fonctions et quantités sont limitées. Premium supprime ces limites et ajoute la projection de diplôme, le simulateur de notes, des rapports plus longs, des rappels illimités et le modèle de coach optionnel sur l'appareil.
- Premium est vendu sous forme d'abonnement mensuel ou annuel à renouvellement automatique via l'Apple App Store ou Google Play. Le prix est affiché dans la boutique avant confirmation, dans votre devise.
- Lorsqu'un essai gratuit est proposé, il se transforme en abonnement payant à la fin de l'essai sauf annulation avant son terme.
- L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement sauf annulation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours ; le prélèvement a lieu dans les 24 heures précédant le renouvellement. Vous le gérez ou l'annulez dans les réglages de votre compte App Store ou Google Play. L'annulation arrête les renouvellements futurs ; vous conservez l'accès jusqu'à la fin de la période payée.
- Les remboursements sont décidés par Apple ou Google selon leurs propres conditions ; nous ne pouvons pas les accorder nous-mêmes.
- Premium est activé par notre serveur une fois l'achat confirmé par la boutique et est lié à votre compte CoachYourself ; il vous suit sur chaque appareil où vous vous connectez. Utilisez Restaurer les achats après une réinstallation ou sur un nouvel appareil.
8. Le modèle de langage sur l'appareil
Les utilisateurs premium peuvent télécharger un petit modèle de langage optionnel qui s'exécute sur le téléphone. Les fichiers sont volumineux, proviennent de dépôts tiers sous leurs propres licences (par exemple les conditions Gemma de Google ou la licence Apache 2.0 pour Qwen) et nécessitent un appareil performant disposant d'espace libre. Ses réponses sont du texte généré : elles peuvent être fausses, répétitives ou mal formulées, et l'application revient au coach à base de règles quand elles ne sont pas assez bonnes. Considérez-les comme des suggestions, jamais comme des faits sur vos études.
9. Disponibilité et modifications
Nous pouvons modifier, ajouter ou retirer des fonctions, interrompre le service pour maintenance ou arrêter l'application. En cas d'arrêt, nous prévenons dans l'application avec un préavis raisonnable afin que vous puissiez d'abord exporter vos données. Les notifications dépendent des réglages et de la gestion de batterie de votre appareil ; nous ne pouvons pas garantir qu'un rappel se déclenche toujours à l'instant exact.
10. Fin du contrat
Vous pouvez y mettre fin à tout moment en supprimant votre compte dans l'application. Nous pouvons y mettre fin en cas de violation de ces conditions. Les abonnements sont gérés par la boutique et ne sont pas annulés automatiquement lorsque vous supprimez votre compte : annulez-les d'abord dans votre compte de boutique.
11. Ce qui nous appartient
Le code, le design, les textes, les illustrations de l'application et l'ensemble de règles du coach sont notre œuvre et sont protégés par le droit d'auteur. Vous pouvez utiliser l'application ; vous ne pouvez pas la copier, la revendre, la redistribuer ni réutiliser ses éléments dans votre propre produit sans notre autorisation écrite.
12. Responsabilité
L'application est fournie en l'état. Dans la mesure permise par la loi, nous ne sommes pas responsables des résultats académiques, des échéances manquées, des pertes de données ou d'autres pertes découlant de l'utilisation de l'application ou des estimations qu'elle affiche. Rien ici ne limite une responsabilité qui ne peut l'être légalement, ni ne vous prive des droits dont vous disposez en tant que consommateur en vertu du droit impératif de votre pays de résidence.
13. Droit applicable
Ces conditions sont régies par le droit de la République de Türkiye ; les litiges relèvent des tribunaux et offices d'exécution d'İstanbul, sans préjudice des protections impératives des consommateurs de votre pays.

CoachYourself es un compañero de estudio para estudiantes universitarios. Construye un plan semanal a partir de los créditos de tus asignaturas, cronometra las sesiones de concentración con el reloj del servidor, guarda tus notas y calcula tu promedio y una proyección de graduación, te envía recordatorios y habla contigo a través de un coach que lee tus propios datos. Puedes subir tu nivel de compromiso en cualquier momento; bajarlo entra en vigor el lunes siguiente, a propósito.
3. Quién puede usarla
Debes tener al menos 18 años, o la mayoría de edad de tu lugar de residencia, y capacidad para contratar. Necesitas una cuenta con una dirección de correo válida. Guarda tu contraseña para ti; eres responsable de lo que ocurra bajo tu cuenta. Una cuenta por persona.
4. Es una herramienta de planificación, no asesoría académica
Los planes, promedios, cifras de «qué necesito en el examen» y proyecciones de graduación son estimaciones calculadas a partir de los datos que tú introduces, con las reglas de calificación que elegiste. El reglamento de tu universidad prevalece siempre: redondeos, curvas, ponderaciones, reglas de asistencia y requisitos de graduación varían entre instituciones y pueden cambiar. Verifica con tu facultad todo lo que importe. No garantizamos ninguna nota, aprobado, fecha de graduación ni ningún otro resultado académico.
5. Tus datos son tuyos
Todo lo que introduces (asignaturas, notas, apuntes, lo que escribes al coach) sigue siendo tuyo. Solo nos concedes la licencia necesaria para almacenarlo y tratarlo con el fin de prestarte el servicio. Puedes exportarlo como archivo en cualquier momento y eliminarlo, junto con tu cuenta, desde la app. El tratamiento se describe en la Política de privacidad.
6. Uso justo
No intentes acceder a cuentas ajenas, eludir las reglas del servidor (puntos, temporizadores, límites), sobrecargar el servicio, aplicar ingeniería inversa a la app ni usarla para fines ilícitos. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que ataquen el servicio o abusen de él.
7. Nivel gratuito, Premium y suscripciones
El nivel gratuito sirve de verdad para un cuatrimestre completo; algunas funciones y cantidades están limitadas. Premium elimina esos límites y añade la proyección de graduación, el simulador de notas, informes más largos, recordatorios ilimitados y el modelo de coach opcional en el dispositivo.
- Premium se vende como suscripción mensual o anual de renovación automática a través del Apple App Store o Google Play. El precio se muestra en la tienda antes de confirmar, en tu moneda local.
- Cuando se ofrece una prueba gratuita, se convierte en suscripción de pago al terminar la prueba salvo que canceles antes de que acabe.
- La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo en curso; el cargo se realiza en las 24 horas previas a la renovación. La gestionas o cancelas en los ajustes de tu cuenta del App Store o Google Play. Cancelar detiene las renovaciones futuras; conservas el acceso hasta el final del periodo pagado.
- Los reembolsos los deciden Apple o Google según sus propias condiciones; nosotros no podemos concederlos.
- Premium lo activa nuestro servidor cuando la tienda confirma la compra y queda ligado a tu cuenta de CoachYourself, así que te acompaña en cada dispositivo en el que inicies sesión. Usa Restaurar compras tras reinstalar o en un dispositivo nuevo.
8. El modelo de lenguaje en el dispositivo
Los usuarios premium pueden descargar un pequeño modelo de lenguaje opcional que se ejecuta en el teléfono. Los archivos son grandes, provienen de repositorios de terceros con sus propias licencias (por ejemplo, los términos Gemma de Google o la licencia Apache 2.0 de Qwen) y requieren un dispositivo capaz con espacio libre. Sus respuestas son texto generado: pueden ser erróneas, repetitivas o estar mal formuladas, y la app vuelve al coach basado en reglas cuando no son suficientemente buenas. Tómalas como sugerencias, nunca como hechos sobre tus estudios.
9. Disponibilidad y cambios
Podemos cambiar, añadir o retirar funciones, interrumpir el servicio por mantenimiento o descontinuar la app. Si la descontinuamos, avisaremos dentro de la app con antelación razonable para que puedas exportar tus datos antes. Las notificaciones dependen de los ajustes y la gestión de batería de tu dispositivo, así que no podemos garantizar que un recordatorio suene siempre en el instante exacto.
10. Fin del acuerdo
Puedes terminarlo en cualquier momento eliminando tu cuenta en la app. Nosotros podemos terminarlo si incumples estos términos. Las suscripciones las gestiona la tienda y no se cancelan automáticamente al eliminar tu cuenta: cancélalas antes en tu cuenta de la tienda.
11. Qué nos pertenece
El código, el diseño, los textos, las ilustraciones de la app y el conjunto de reglas del coach son obra nuestra y están protegidos por derechos de autor. Puedes usar la app; no puedes copiarla, revenderla ni redistribuirla, ni reutilizar sus partes en tu propio producto sin nuestro permiso escrito.
12. Responsabilidad
La app se ofrece tal cual. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no somos responsables de resultados académicos, plazos incumplidos, pérdida de datos u otras pérdidas derivadas del uso de la app o de las estimaciones que muestra. Nada de lo aquí dispuesto limita una responsabilidad que no pueda limitarse por ley, ni te priva de los derechos que tienes como consumidor conforme al derecho imperativo de tu país de residencia.
13. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por el derecho de la República de Türkiye; las controversias corresponden a los tribunales y oficinas de ejecución de İstanbul, sin perjuicio de la protección imperativa de los consumidores de tu país.
