Short version: Coloring Daily does not collect personal information from children or anyone else. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no ads and no analytics. Everything your child paints stays on their own device.
1. Made for children
The App is directed to children and is built to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Apple App Store Kids Category rules and Google Play’s Families policy. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children.
2. What we do not collect
- No name, email address, phone number, birthday or postal address.
- No account or login of any kind.
- No camera access, no microphone access, no photo library access, no contacts, no location.
- No advertising identifiers, and no third-party advertising or behavioural tracking.
- No social features. There is no way to chat with, message or meet other users.
3. What stays on the device
The pictures your child paints, the name they typed at the start, the chosen language and the app settings are stored locally on the device, in the App’s own storage. They are never uploaded to us and we cannot see them. Deleting the App deletes all of it. Deleting it from inside the App is protected by a parent gate.
4. Saving and sharing a picture
A finished picture can be saved into the App’s own folder on the device, or handed to your device’s standard share sheet so a grown-up can send it somewhere: a message, a printer, another app. We are not part of that step. The App gives the picture to your operating system, and whatever you choose next is governed by that app’s or service’s own policy. Nothing reaches us, and nothing leaves the device unless a grown-up chooses to send it.
5. Reminders
The App can show one reminder a day that a new picture is ready. It is off unless a grown-up switches it on in Settings, and it is scheduled by the device itself. Nothing is sent from our servers and no notification token or identifier is collected. Switching it off in Settings, or in the device’s own notification settings, stops it.
6. Purchases
The optional one time purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to check whether a purchase is active. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated, app-specific identifier and the purchase receipt from the store, not a name, an email address or any information that identifies the child. We never receive your payment card details. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy, Apple’s and Google’s.
7. Parental controls
A parent gate, a multiplication question, stands in front of the purchase screen and in front of deleting everything the App has saved, so a young child cannot reach either alone.
8. Data retention and deletion
Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. To remove everything the App has stored, delete the App from the device, or use Delete everything in Settings. Purchase records held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat are governed by their policies.
9. Your rights
Parents and guardians may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about their child. Our answer will be: none. If you believe a child’s personal information has somehow reached us, write to us and we will delete it. Under the GDPR and the Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you may also ask us to confirm this in writing.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date above. If a change ever affected how children’s information is handled, we would seek verifiable parental consent before it took effect.

Kısaca: Coloring Daily ne çocuklardan ne de başka birinden kişisel bilgi toplar. Hesap yok, kayıt yok, reklam yok, analitik yok. Çocuğunuzun boyadığı her şey kendi cihazında kalır.
1. Çocuklar için yapıldı
Uygulama çocuklara yöneliktir ve COPPA, Apple App Store Kids kategorisi kuralları ile Google Play Families politikasına uyacak şekilde yapılmıştır. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamaz, kullanmaz ve paylaşmayız.
2. Toplamadıklarımız
- İsim, e-posta, telefon, doğum tarihi veya adres yok.
- Hiçbir biçimde hesap veya giriş yok.
- Kamera erişimi, mikrofon erişimi, fotoğraf galerisi erişimi, rehber ve konum yok.
- Reklam kimliği yok; üçüncü taraf reklamı veya davranışsal izleme yok.
- Sosyal özellik yok. Başka kullanıcılarla sohbet etmenin, mesajlaşmanın veya karşılaşmanın bir yolu yoktur.
3. Cihazda kalanlar
Çocuğunuzun boyadığı resimler, başlangıçta yazdığı ad, seçilen dil ve uygulama ayarları cihazda, uygulamanın kendi deposunda saklanır. Bize hiçbir zaman yüklenmez ve bizim tarafımızdan görülemez. Uygulamayı silmek bunların hepsini siler. Uygulama içinden silmek bir yetişkin sorusuyla korunur.
4. Resmi kaydetme ve paylaşma
Biten bir resim cihazda uygulamanın kendi klasörüne kaydedilebilir ya da cihazın standart paylaşım ekranına verilebilir; böylece bir yetişkin onu bir yere gönderebilir: bir mesaja, bir yazıcıya, başka bir uygulamaya. Biz bu adımın parçası değiliz. Uygulama resmi işletim sistemine verir, sonrasında seçtiğiniz uygulamanın veya hizmetin kendi politikası geçerlidir. Bize hiçbir şey ulaşmaz ve bir yetişkin göndermeyi seçmedikçe cihazdan hiçbir şey çıkmaz.
5. Hatırlatmalar
Uygulama, günde bir kez yeni resmin hazır olduğunu hatırlatabilir. Bir yetişkin Ayarlar'dan açmadıkça kapalıdır ve cihazın kendisi tarafından zamanlanır. Sunucularımızdan hiçbir şey gönderilmez, bildirim jetonu veya kimliği toplanmaz. Ayarlar'dan ya da cihazın bildirim ayarlarından kapatmak onu durdurur.
6. Satın alma
İsteğe bağlı tek seferlik satın alma Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir. Satın almanın etkin olup olmadığını denetlemek için RevenueCat kullanıyoruz. RevenueCat, mağazadan rastgele üretilmiş uygulamaya özel bir kimlik ve satın alma makbuzunu alır; ad, e-posta ya da çocuğu tanımlayan herhangi bir bilgi almaz. 7. Ebeveyn denetimi
Satın alma ekranının ve kaydedilen her şeyin silinmesinin önünde bir yetişkin sorusu (bir çarpma işlemi) durur; böylece küçük bir çocuk ikisine de tek başına ulaşamaz.
8. Verinin saklanması ve silinmesi
Kişisel veri tutmadığımız için saklayacağımız ya da sileceğimiz bir şey yoktur. Uygulamanın sakladığı her şeyi kaldırmak için Uygulamayı cihazdan silin ya da Ayarlar'daki silme seçeneğini kullanın. Apple, Google veya RevenueCat'te tutulan satın alma kayıtları onların politikalarına tabidir.
9. Haklarınız
Ebeveynler ve vasiler, çocukları hakkında hangi bilgiyi tuttuğumuzu istedikleri zaman sorabilir. Cevabımız şu olacaktır: hiçbiri. Bir çocuğun kişisel bilgisinin bize ulaştığını düşünüyorsanız yazın, sileriz. GDPR ve KVKK kapsamında bunu yazılı olarak teyit etmemizi de isteyebilirsiniz.
10. Politikadaki değişiklikler
Politika değişirse yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz. Bir değişiklik çocuk bilgisinin işlenme biçimini etkileyecek olsaydı, yürürlüğe girmeden önce doğrulanabilir ebeveyn onayı alırdık.
