These Terms govern your use of the Coloring Daily mobile application (the “App”), published by Safiye Meram (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please delete the App.
1. Who may use the App
Coloring Daily is made for children. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must read and accept these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the App. Buying anything, and deleting everything the App has saved, are both protected by a parent gate.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code or artwork of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Content and intellectual property
All artwork, code and text in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. The pictures may not be extracted, redistributed or used in other products.
Anything your child paints belongs to you. It is stored on your own device, it is not uploaded to us, and you may keep, print or share it as you wish.
4. Purchases
- The full set of pictures and lessons is a one time purchase. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there are no adverts.
- It is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and billed by them, not by us. The price is shown before purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- A parent gate must be passed before the purchase screen opens.
- If you already own it and it does not appear on a new device, use Restore purchase in Settings.
5. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove pictures and features, and may stop supporting older versions or discontinue the App. We will not delete pictures stored on your device.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the App unlawfully, do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not use automated means to interact with it.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of saved pictures resulting from device loss, deletion of the App, or device failure. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Third parties
The App uses RevenueCat to check whether a purchase is active, and the Apple App Store or Google Play for billing. Their terms apply to those parts of the service. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide support for the App.
9. Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date above will change, and continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Bu koşullar, Safiye Meram (“biz”) tarafından yayımlanan Coloring Daily mobil uygulamasının (“Uygulama”) kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı silin.
1. Kimler kullanabilir
Coloring Daily çocuklar için yapılmıştır. Bulunduğunuz ülkede reşit değilseniz, bu koşulları sizin adınıza bir ebeveyn veya yasal vasi okuyup kabul etmelidir ve kullanımınızdan o sorumludur. Satın alma ve kaydedilen her şeyin silinmesi, ikisi de bir yetişkin sorusunun arkasındadır.
2. Lisans
Uygulamayı, sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlara kurmanız ve kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için size kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Yasanın bu kısıtlamayı yasakladığı hâller dışında Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, satamaz, alt lisanslayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya kaynak kodunu ya da çizimlerini çıkarmaya çalışamazsınız.
3. İçerik ve fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamadaki bütün çizimler, kod ve metinler bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir ve telif hakkıyla korunur. Resimler çıkarılamaz, yeniden dağıtılamaz veya başka ürünlerde kullanılamaz.
Çocuğunuzun boyadığı her şey size aittir. Kendi cihazınızda saklanır, bize yüklenmez; dilediğiniz gibi saklayabilir, yazdırabilir veya paylaşabilirsiniz.
4. Satın alma
- Resimlerin ve derslerin tamamı tek seferlik satın almadır. Abonelik yoktur, yenilenen bir şey yoktur, reklam yoktur.
- Satış Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır ve faturalandırma bize değil onlara aittir. Fiyat satın almadan önce gösterilir.
- İadeler Apple veya Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre yürütülür. Doğrudan iade yapamıyoruz.
- Satın alma ekranı açılmadan önce bir yetişkin sorusunun geçilmesi gerekir.
- Zaten satın aldıysanız ve yeni bir cihazda görünmüyorsa, Ayarlar bölümündeki geri yükleme seçeneğini kullanın.
5. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Resim ve özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabilir; eski sürümleri desteklemeyi bırakabilir ya da Uygulamayı sonlandırabiliriz. Cihazınızda saklanan resimleri silmeyiz.
6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı biçimde kullanmayın, işleyişini bozmaya veya yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmayın, otomatik araçlarla etkileşime girmeyin.
7. Sorumluluğun sınırlanması
Uygulama, yasanın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan; cihaz kaybı, Uygulamanın silinmesi ya da cihaz arızası nedeniyle kaydedilmiş resimlerin kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Burada yazılanlar, tüketici haklarınız dâhil olmak üzere yasa gereği sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.
8. Üçüncü taraflar
Uygulama, satın almanın etkin olup olmadığını denetlemek için RevenueCat'i; faturalandırma için Apple App Store veya Google Play'i kullanır. Hizmetin bu kısımlarında onların koşulları geçerlidir. Apple ve Google bu koşulların tarafı değildir ve Uygulama için destek verme yükümlülükleri yoktur.
9. Sona erme
Uygulamayı silerek bu sözleşmeyi istediğiniz zaman sonlandırabilirsiniz. Koşulları esaslı biçimde ihlal etmeniz hâlinde lisansınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye hukukuna tabidir; bu, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici korumalarından sizi yoksun bırakmaz.
11. Koşullardaki değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki tarih değişir ve güncellemeden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
