Where are my child’s pictures kept?

On the device, in the App’s own storage. There is no account and no cloud copy, which is what keeps the App free of sign-ups and out of your child’s data. It also means that deleting the App, or resetting the device, deletes the pictures with it and we cannot bring them back. If a picture matters, press Finished and then Save or Share so a copy exists outside the App.

Does it work without internet?

Yes, completely. Every picture is inside the App. The only thing that needs a connection is a purchase, because the store handles it.

I bought the full set but the pictures are still locked

Open Settings and use Restore purchase. That asks the store again and unlocks everything under the same Apple ID or Google account. If it still does not appear, check that you are signed in with the account you bought it with, then write to us with the date of purchase and we will help.

Is there a subscription to cancel?

No. The full set is a one time purchase. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

The daily reminder is not arriving

Two switches have to be on: the one in the App’s Settings, and notifications for Coloring Daily in the device’s own settings. iOS asks for permission the first time you turn it on, and if it was declined then, only the device settings can turn it back on.

My child cannot get out of a zoomed-in picture

Pinch outwards, or press the small zoom out button at the bottom right of the page. The page always returns exactly to where it was.

The bucket does not fill anything

Tap inside a shape rather than on a black line. Very small shapes are easier to hit after zooming in.

How do I delete everything?

Settings, then Delete everything. It is behind the parent gate on purpose, and it cannot be undone.

A picture looks wrong, or I have an idea

Please write. Tell us the name of the picture and what you saw, and send a screenshot if you can.

Çocuğumun resimleri nerede duruyor?

Cihazda, uygulamanın kendi deposunda. Hesap yok, bulut kopyası yok; uygulamayı kayıttan ve çocuğunuzun verisinden uzak tutan şey de bu. Bunun diğer yüzü şu: uygulamayı silmek ya da cihazı sıfırlamak resimleri de siler ve biz onları geri getiremeyiz. Bir resim sizin için değerliyse Bitti'ye basıp Kaydet veya Paylaş deyin; böylece uygulamanın dışında bir kopyası olur.

İnternetsiz çalışır mı?

Tamamen çalışır. Bütün resimler uygulamanın içindedir. Bağlantı isteyen tek şey satın almadır, onu da mağaza yürütür.

Tam seti aldım ama resimler hâlâ kilitli

Ayarlar'ı açıp geri yükleme seçeneğini kullanın. Bu, mağazaya yeniden sorar ve aynı Apple kimliği ya da Google hesabı altındaki her şeyi açar. Yine görünmüyorsa, satın alırken kullandığınız hesapla giriş yaptığınızdan emin olun; sonra satın alma tarihiyle birlikte bize yazın, yardımcı oluruz.

İptal etmem gereken bir abonelik var mı?

Yok. Tam set tek seferlik satın almadır. Yenilenen bir şey yoktur, iptal edilecek bir şey de.

Günlük hatırlatma gelmiyor

İki anahtarın da açık olması gerekir: uygulamanın Ayarlar bölümündeki ve cihazın kendi ayarlarında Coloring Daily bildirimleri. iOS ilk açtığınızda izin sorar; o sırada reddedildiyse yalnızca cihaz ayarlarından geri açılabilir.

Çocuğum yakınlaştırdığı resimden çıkamıyor

İki parmakla dışa doğru kıstırın ya da sayfanın sağ altındaki küçük uzaklaştırma düğmesine basın. Sayfa her zaman tam olarak eski yerine döner.

Kova hiçbir şeyi doldurmuyor

Siyah çizginin üstüne değil, bir şeklin içine dokunun. Çok küçük şekillere yakınlaştırdıktan sonra dokunmak daha kolaydır.

Her şeyi nasıl silerim?

Ayarlar, sonra silme seçeneği. Bilerek yetişkin sorusunun arkasındadır ve geri alınamaz.

Bir resimde hata var ya da bir fikrim var

Lütfen yazın. Resmin adını ve gördüğünüzü anlatın, mümkünse bir ekran görüntüsü gönderin.
