Short version: this App has no accounts, no sign-up, no ads, no analytics, no crash reporting and no tracking. What you write stays on your own device and we cannot see it. It reaches the network for two things only: prayer times and, if you ask for it, an audio download.
1. Who we are

2. What stays on your device
All of the following is kept in the App's own storage on your phone. It is never uploaded to us, and we cannot read it:
- Your profile: the name you choose to enter, gender, age group, whether it is Hajj or Umrah, your departure and return dates, your group name, and whether it is your first time.
- Your progress: which tasks you have completed, what you have marked as learned, what you have starred.
- Your travel card and your emergency health card.
- Your prayer list, your journal entries and your counters.
- Your settings: theme, text size, language and reminder time.
You can download all of it as a single file, or erase all of it, from Me, then My data. Uninstalling the App deletes everything. There is no cloud backup, so once it is gone we cannot bring it back.
3. The health card and other sensitive entries
The emergency health card can hold your blood type, chronic conditions, medication and allergies. Under Article 9 of the GDPR and Article 6 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) this is special category data, and it is treated accordingly: it is stored only on your device, it is shown only on the screen when you open it, it is never transmitted, never analysed, and never seen by us. Your gender, and the fact that you are preparing for a pilgrimage, are also sensitive categories, and the same applies to them.
Because the health card is meant to be shown to a stranger in an emergency, anyone who picks up your unlocked phone can read it. Keep a screen lock on your phone.
4. Location
Location access is requested for one purpose: counting your circuits of tawaf and your legs of sa'y automatically. Your location is:
- read only while you have started the counter, and not at any other time;
- processed on the device alone, to work out when you have completed a lap;
- never written to storage and never transmitted anywhere;
- entirely optional. If you refuse the permission you can count laps by hand, and every other part of the App works normally.
The App does not run location in the background, does not build a location history, and does not use location for advertising or analytics. There is no such thing in it.
5. The only outbound requests
The App is built to work offline. It reaches the network in exactly these cases:

As with any request over the internet, the receiving server sees your IP address and can keep its own logs. We do not receive those logs and cannot connect them to you. Nothing else in the App connects to the network.
6. Payments
If you choose to make a contribution, it is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. Your card details are never entered into the App, never seen by us and never stored by us. We receive a payout from the store without your name, your card or your address attached. There is no third party payment or subscription service in the App.
7. Notifications
Reminders are produced on your own device at the time you choose. There is no push server and no subscription: nothing about your plan or your progress is sent anywhere in order to remind you. You can turn them off in the App or in your phone's settings.
8. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking
The App contains no analytics library, no advertising network, no crash reporter and no tracking identifier. We do not know how many screens you opened, which supplication you read or whether you finished your plan. There are no cookies, because there is no website inside the App and no server behind it.
9. Children
The App is suitable for all ages and is not directed to children. Since it collects no data from anyone, it collects none from children either. If a child uses your phone, everything written above applies unchanged.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the KVKK you have the right to access, correct, export and erase your personal data. In this App you exercise those rights directly, without asking us: the data is already yours and only yours, and export and deletion are one tap away in Me, then My data. We hold no copy, so there is nothing for us to hand over or delete on your behalf. If you want to complain about how we process data, you can write to us, and you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority, in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
11. How long it is kept
For as long as you keep it. We set no expiry, because the data never reaches us. It is deleted when you delete it or when you uninstall the App.
12. Changes
If this policy changes, the current version is always the one published at this address, and a change that affects you is announced inside the App.

2. Cihazınızda kalanlar
Aşağıdakilerin tamamı telefonunuzda, uygulamanın kendi deposunda tutulur. Bize hiçbir zaman yüklenmez, biz okuyamayız:
- Profiliniz: girmeyi seçtiğiniz ad, cinsiyet, yaş grubu, hac mı umre mi, yola çıkış ve dönüş tarihleriniz, kafile adınız, ilk kez gidip gitmediğiniz.
- İlerlemeniz: tamamladığınız görevler, öğrendim dedikleriniz, yıldızladıklarınız.
- Yol Kartınız ve Acil Sağlık Kartınız.
- Dua listeniz, günlük notlarınız ve sayaçlarınız.
- Ayarlarınız: tema, yazı boyutu, dil ve hatırlatma saati.
Bunların tamamını Ben, sonra Verilerim ekranından tek dosya hâlinde indirebilir ya da tamamen silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda hepsi silinir. Bulut yedeği yoktur; bir kez gittiğinde geri getiremeyiz.
3. Sağlık kartı ve diğer hassas kayıtlar
Acil Sağlık Kartı kan grubunuzu, kronik hastalığınızı, kullandığınız ilaçları ve alerjilerinizi tutabilir. Bu bilgiler KVKK'nın 6. maddesi ve GDPR'ın 9. maddesi anlamında özel nitelikli kişisel veridir ve öyle muamele görür: yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır, yalnızca siz açtığınızda ekranda görünür, hiçbir yere iletilmez, analiz edilmez ve bizim tarafımızdan görülmez. Cinsiyetiniz ve bir ibadet yolculuğuna hazırlandığınız bilgisi de hassas kategorilerdendir; onlar için de aynısı geçerlidir.
Sağlık kartının amacı acil durumda bir yabancıya gösterilebilmek olduğu için, kilidi açık telefonunuzu eline alan herkes onu okuyabilir. Telefonunuzda ekran kilidi bulundurun.
4. Konum
Konum izni tek bir iş için istenir: tavaf şavtlarınızı ve sa'y gidiş gelişlerinizi otomatik saymak. Konumunuz:
- yalnızca sayacı siz başlattığınızda okunur, başka hiçbir zaman okunmaz;
- yalnızca cihazda, bir turun tamamlandığını anlamak için işlenir;
- hiçbir zaman kaydedilmez ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez;
- tamamen isteğe bağlıdır. İzin vermezseniz turları elle sayarsınız, uygulamanın geri kalanı normal çalışır.
Uygulama arka planda konum çalıştırmaz, konum geçmişi oluşturmaz, konumu reklam ya da analitik için kullanmaz. İçinde böyle bir şey yoktur.
5. İnternete çıkan tek şeyler
Uygulama çevrimdışı çalışacak şekilde kurulmuştur. Ağa yalnızca şu durumlarda bağlanır:

İnternet üzerinden yapılan her istekte olduğu gibi, karşıdaki sunucu IP adresinizi görür ve kendi kayıtlarını tutabilir. Bu kayıtlar bize ulaşmaz ve sizinle ilişkilendiremeyiz. Uygulamada ağa bağlanan başka hiçbir şey yoktur.
6. Ödemeler
Katkı yapmayı seçerseniz işlem tamamen App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden yürür. Kart bilgileriniz uygulamaya hiç girilmez, bizim tarafımızdan görülmez ve saklanmaz. Mağazadan bize yapılan ödemede adınız, kartınız ya da adresiniz bulunmaz. Uygulamada üçüncü taraf bir ödeme ya da abonelik servisi yoktur.
7. Bildirimler
Hatırlatmalar seçtiğiniz saatte kendi cihazınızda üretilir. Push sunucusu ve abonelik yoktur: sizi hatırlatmak için programınıza ya da ilerlemenize dair hiçbir şey dışarı gönderilmez. Bildirimleri uygulamadan ya da telefon ayarlarınızdan kapatabilirsiniz.
8. Analitik yok, reklam yok, takip yok
Uygulamada analitik kütüphanesi, reklam ağı, çökme raporlayıcı ve takip kimliği yoktur. Kaç ekran açtığınızı, hangi duayı okuduğunuzu ya da programınızı bitirip bitirmediğinizi bilmeyiz. Çerez de yoktur; çünkü uygulamanın içinde bir web sitesi, arkasında bir sunucu yoktur.
9. Çocuklar
Uygulama her yaşa uygundur ve çocuklara yönelik değildir. Hiç kimseden veri toplamadığı için çocuklardan da toplamaz. Telefonunuzu bir çocuk kullanıyorsa yukarıdakilerin tamamı aynen geçerlidir.
10. Haklarınız
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, dışa aktarma ve silme haklarınız vardır. Bu uygulamada o hakları bize başvurmadan doğrudan kullanırsınız: veri zaten sizde ve yalnızca sizde, dışa aktarma ve silme Ben, sonra Verilerim ekranında tek dokunuş uzağınızda. Bizde bir kopya bulunmadığı için sizin adınıza teslim edeceğimiz ya da sileceğimiz bir şey yoktur. Veri işleyişimizden şikâyetçiyseniz bize yazabilir, ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na başvurabilirsiniz.
11. Ne kadar süre saklanır
Siz sakladığınız sürece. Bir saklama süresi belirlemiyoruz, çünkü veri bize hiç ulaşmıyor. Siz sildiğinizde ya da uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir.
12. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse geçerli sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayımlanandır; sizi etkileyen bir değişiklik uygulama içinden duyurulur.
