I bought Premium but nothing unlocked

Open the purchase screen and tap Restore purchases. That asks the store directly. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you bought with; a family member's account will not carry the purchase unless Family Sharing is on. If it still does not unlock, send the store receipt to gelistirbizi@gmail.com.

How do I cancel the subscription

On iPhone or iPad: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store, profile picture, Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs out. The lifetime option is a single payment and there is nothing to cancel.

My sheets and my progress are gone

They live on the device only. Deleting the app, resetting the device or moving to a new phone removes them, and they cannot be recovered. Keep the ones that matter by exporting them as images from the gallery.

The reed angle reads strangely, or does not move

The angle comes from the stylus. A finger reports no angle, so the app holds the reed at the correct angle for you and the needle stays in the window. With an Apple Pencil, roll the barrel rather than tilting the tip: the app reads the direction the barrel points, which is what a teacher calls the pen inclination.

My palm keeps drawing on the sheet

Turn on Ignore finger touches in Settings. Only the stylus will then leave ink, and you can rest your hand on the glass.

The letters look different from my teacher's

The references are built from the proportion table of each hand: the alif is five dots in Naskh and seven in Thuluth, and every other letter is derived from that. Schools differ in detail. Use the dot measures as the fixed part and your teacher for the rest.

Does it work offline

Yes, entirely. The engine, the curriculum and the grading all run on the device. Network is used only when you buy or restore a purchase.
