Short version: Pet Daily has no accounts, no sign-up, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. What you record about your animal stays on your own device, and we cannot see it.
1. Who we are

2. What stays on your device
Your animal's ID card (name, species, breed, date of birth, sex, weight, your notes), the care plan and reminder times, which jobs you have ticked off, the vaccination and vet calendar, your language and your app settings are stored in the App's own storage on the device. They are never uploaded to us and we cannot read them. Deleting the App deletes all of it, and there is no cloud backup that can bring it back.
3. What leaves your device
Only one thing: a purchase. If you buy Pet Daily Premium, Apple or Google processes the payment and we never see your card details, your name or your billing address. To know whether a subscription is active, the App uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier generated on your device, the purchase receipt from the store, and basic technical data such as the platform and app version. This is used solely to unlock the features you paid for.
Their policies apply to that step: Apple, Google, RevenueCat.
4. Notifications
Reminders are scheduled by your device itself. There is no push server and no message ever travels over the internet to reach you, so we do not learn when or whether you looked after your animal. You can withdraw notification permission at any time in your device settings, and the App keeps working without it.
5. What we do not do
No advertising, no advertising identifiers, no analytics or crash reporting SDK, no social features, no location, no camera, no microphone, no contacts, no profiling, and no sale or sharing of personal data. The App works fully offline.
6. Children
Pet Daily is a general audience app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because nothing is collected from anyone, a child using the App with a parent is in the same position as any other user.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Turkish KVKK you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. In practice we hold no personal data about you to access or erase: the content lives on your device and you delete it by deleting the App. For anything about the purchase records held by RevenueCat or the stores, write to us and we will help you reach the right party.
8. Security and retention
Data on the device is protected by your device's own security. We keep no server-side copy, so there is nothing to retain, breach or hand over.
9. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.

2. Cihazınızda kalanlar
Hayvanınızın künyesi (adı, türü, cinsi, doğum tarihi, cinsiyeti, ağırlığı, notlarınız), bakım planı ve hatırlatma saatleri, işaretlediğiniz görevler, aşı ve veteriner takvimi, diliniz ve uygulama ayarlarınız cihazdaki uygulama deposunda saklanır. Bize hiçbir zaman yüklenmez ve okuyamayız. Uygulamayı silmek bunların hepsini siler; geri getirecek bir bulut yedeği yoktur.
3. Cihazınızdan çıkan tek şey
Yalnızca satın alma. Pet Daily Premium alırsanız ödemeyi Apple ya da Google işler; kart bilgilerinizi, adınızı ve fatura adresinizi biz hiç görmeyiz. Aboneliğin etkin olup olmadığını bilmek için uygulama RevenueCat kullanır; RevenueCat'e cihazınızda üretilen anonim bir kimlik, mağazadan gelen satın alma makbuzu ve platform ile uygulama sürümü gibi temel teknik veriler ulaşır. Bu veri yalnızca ödediğiniz özellikleri açmak için kullanılır.

4. Bildirimler
Hatırlatmaları cihazınız kendi kurar. Sunucu yoktur, size ulaşmak için internetten hiçbir mesaj geçmez; dolayısıyla hayvanınıza ne zaman baktığınızı ya da bakıp bakmadığınızı öğrenmiyoruz. Bildirim iznini istediğiniz an cihaz ayarlarından geri alabilirsiniz, uygulama onsuz da çalışır.
5. Yapmadıklarımız
Reklam yok, reklam kimliği yok, analitik ya da çökme raporu SDK'sı yok, sosyal özellik yok, konum yok, kamera yok, mikrofon yok, rehber erişimi yok, profilleme yok, kişisel verinin satışı ya da paylaşımı yok. Uygulama tamamen çevrimdışı çalışır.
6. Çocuklar
Pet Daily genel kitleye yönelik bir uygulamadır ve 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Hiç kimseden veri toplanmadığı için, ebeveyniyle birlikte uygulamayı kullanan bir çocuk da diğer tüm kullanıcılarla aynı konumdadır.
7. Haklarınız
GDPR ve KVKK kapsamında erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemenin kısıtlanması ve itiraz haklarınız vardır. Pratikte erişilecek ya da silinecek bir kişisel veriniz elimizde yoktur: içerik cihazınızda durur ve uygulamayı silerek siz silersiniz. RevenueCat'te ya da mağazalarda tutulan satın alma kayıtlarıyla ilgili bir talebiniz olursa bize yazın, doğru muhataba ulaşmanıza yardımcı olalım.
8. Güvenlik ve saklama
Cihazdaki veriyi cihazınızın kendi güvenliği korur. Sunucu tarafında kopyamız yoktur; dolayısıyla saklanacak, sızdırılacak ya da devredilecek bir şey de yoktur.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse sayfanın başındaki tarihi güncelleriz.
