These Terms govern your use of the Pet Daily mobile application (the “App”), published by Safiye Meram (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please delete the App.
1. Who may use the App
Pet Daily is made for a general audience: an adult, or a child looking after a pet alongside a grown-up. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf and remains responsible for any purchase made in the App.
2. What the App does
Pet Daily keeps a record of one or more animals and reminds you of their care: daily, weekly, monthly and yearly jobs, a vaccination and vet calendar, a species care guide, and statistics about how regularly the jobs get done. Everything it records is kept on your own device.
3. The care guide is information, not veterinary advice
This is the most important term on this page. The care guide, the suggested tasks and the vaccination schedule describe ordinary home husbandry. They are general information, they are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a substitute for examination by a qualified veterinarian, and they cannot account for your individual animal.
Always consult a veterinarian about your animal's health, and seek care immediately if the animal seems unwell. Vaccination requirements, intervals and legal obligations differ by country, by species and by animal, and your veterinarian's instructions override anything shown in the App. You remain solely responsible for the care of your animal and for every decision you make about it.
4. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee
Reminders are scheduled with your device's own notification system. An operating system may delay, group, silence or drop a notification: when the device is off, in a battery saving mode, in a focus mode, out of storage, or when the number of pending reminders exceeds the platform limit. Do not rely on the App alone for anything critical to an animal's health or life.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
The App is free to use for one animal. Pet Daily Premium unlocks unlimited animals, statistics and history, your own custom jobs, and marking past days. It is sold as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings at any time. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, not by us. We use RevenueCat to check whether a subscription is active.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or modify the App, use it unlawfully, or try to unlock paid features without paying for them.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its text, its care guide and its design belong to us and are protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you control.
8. Changes
We may change the App or these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
9. Liability
The App is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for any harm arising from reliance on the care information in the App, or for a missed reminder. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.

Bu koşullar, Safiye Meram tarafından yayımlanan Pet Daily mobil uygulamasının (“Uygulama”) kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek ya da kullanarak bunları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı silin.
1. Kimler kullanabilir
Pet Daily genel kitleye yöneliktir: bir yetişkin ya da bir büyüğüyle birlikte hayvanına bakan bir çocuk. 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek bilgi toplamayız. Bulunduğunuz yerde reşit değilseniz bu koşulları sizin adınıza bir ebeveyn ya da yasal vasi kabul etmelidir; uygulamada yapılan satın almalardan da o sorumludur.
2. Uygulama ne yapar
Pet Daily bir ya da daha fazla hayvanın künyesini tutar ve bakımını hatırlatır: günlük, haftalık, aylık ve yıllık işler, aşı ve veteriner takvimi, türe özel bakım rehberi ve işlerin ne kadar düzenli yapıldığına dair istatistikler. Tuttuğu her şey kendi cihazınızda kalır.
3. Bakım rehberi bilgidir, veteriner tavsiyesi değildir
Bu sayfadaki en önemli madde budur. Bakım rehberi, önerilen görevler ve aşı takvimi olağan ev bakımını anlatır. Bunlar genel bilgidir; teşhis, tedavi planı ya da uzman bir veteriner hekimin muayenesinin yerine geçmez ve sizin hayvanınızın kendine özgü durumunu bilemez.
Hayvanınızın sağlığı için her zaman bir veteriner hekime danışın; hayvan hasta görünüyorsa vakit kaybetmeden veterinere gidin. Aşı gereklilikleri, aralıkları ve yasal yükümlülükler ülkeye, türe ve hayvana göre değişir; veterinerinizin talimatı uygulamada yazan her şeyin önündedir. Hayvanınızın bakımından ve onunla ilgili verdiğiniz her karardan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz.
4. Hatırlatmalar kolaylıktır, garanti değildir
Hatırlatmalar cihazınızın kendi bildirim sistemiyle kurulur. İşletim sistemi bir bildirimi geciktirebilir, gruplayabilir, susturabilir ya da hiç göstermeyebilir: cihaz kapalıyken, pil tasarrufu ya da odaklanma modundayken, depolama dolduğunda veya bekleyen hatırlatma sayısı platform sınırını aştığında. Hayvanın sağlığı ya da hayatı için kritik hiçbir şeyde yalnızca uygulamaya güvenmeyin.
5. Satın alma ve abonelik
Uygulama tek hayvan için ücretsizdir. Pet Daily Premium sınırsız hayvan, istatistikler ve geçmiş, kendi görevleriniz ve geçmiş günleri işaretleme özelliklerini açar. Aylık ya da yıllık, kendini yenileyen abonelik olarak satılır.
Ödeme, onay anında App Store ya da Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır. Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman mağaza hesabınızın ayarlarından yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz. İadeler bizim değil, Apple ya da Google'ın kendi koşullarına göre işler. Aboneliğin etkin olup olmadığını denetlemek için RevenueCat kullanıyoruz.
6. Uygun kullanım
Uygulamayı kaynak koda dönüştürmeye, tersine mühendislik yapmaya ya da değiştirmeye çalışmayın; hukuka aykırı biçimde kullanmayın ve ücretli özellikleri ödeme yapmadan açmaya kalkışmayın.
7. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama, metinleri, bakım rehberi ve tasarımı bize aittir ve telif hakkıyla korunur. Size, kontrolünüzdeki cihazlarda kullanmak üzere kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisans verilir.
8. Değişiklikler
Uygulamayı ve bu koşulları değiştirebiliriz. Sayfanın başındaki tarih güncel sürümü gösterir. Değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz kabul anlamına gelir.
9. Sorumluluk
Uygulama olduğu gibi sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde; dolaylı zararlardan, uygulamadaki bakım bilgisine dayanılmasından doğan zararlardan ve ulaşmayan bir hatırlatmadan sorumlu değiliz. Burada yazanlar, yasa gereği sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır ve İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
