1. Uygulama nedir, ne değildir
Uygulama bir çalışma yoldaşıdır: çalışınızı dinler ya da alır, seçilen parçayla karşılaştırır; doğru, yanlış, kaçırılan ve geç notaları bir çalışma planıyla raporlar. Bir geri bildirim aracıdır; piyano öğretmeni, sertifika ya da ders yerine geçmez. Müzikal yargı, teknik ve yorum size ve öğretmeninize aittir.
2. Doğruluk
Algılama hiçbir zaman kusursuz değildir. Mikrofon modu sessiz bir odada, tek sesli melodide en iyi çalışır; mikrofonla akorlar ve iki el odaya, enstrümana ve isteğe bağlı akor modeline bağlıdır, yanlış okunabilir. MIDI bağlantısı (Bluetooth ya da USB) notaları kesin verir. Skorlar, zamanlama değerleri ve koç özetleri algılanandan türetilen tahminlerdir ve yalnızca çalışma rehberliği için sunulur.
3. Kimler kullanabilir
Uygulamayı herkes kullanabilir. Satın almalar bir yetişkin tarafından ya da ebeveyn izniyle ve ebeveynin mağaza hesabı ayarları üzerinden yapılmalıdır.
4. Sorumluluklarınız
- Uygulamayı hukuka uygun ve kişisel çalışma için kullanın.
- İçe aktardığınız notalar (MusicXML) kullanma hakkına sahip olduğunuz eserler olmalıdır. Dahili parçalar geleneksel ya da kamu malı eserlerin yayıncı tarafından yapılmış düzenlemeleridir.
- Cihazınızı güvende tutun; Uygulamanın verisi yalnızca cihaz kilidiyle korunur.
- İşitmenizi koruyun: hoparlör ve kulaklık sesini rahat bir seviyede tutun.
5. Satın almalar, abonelikler ve deneme
Premium, aylık ya da yıllık abonelik ve tek seferlik ömür boyu satın alma olarak, onaylamadan önce gösterilen fiyatla App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden sunulur. Abonelikler iptal edilmedikçe her dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenir; App Store ya da Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan istediğiniz zaman yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz, iptal mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur. Ücretsiz deneme sunuluyorsa, bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse ücretli aboneliğe dönüşür. Ömür boyu satın alma tek ödemedir. İadeler Apple ya da Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre yapılır. Yeniden kurulum ya da cihaz değişikliğinden sonra Ayarlar'daki Satın alımları geri yükle seçeneğini kullanın.
6. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama, tasarımı, metinleri, grafikleri, nota algılama ve analiz yazılımı yayıncıya aittir. Bunları yalnızca Uygulama içinde, kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz. Çalışma verileriniz ve içe aktardığınız notalar size aittir.
7. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde yayıncı, Uygulamanın kullanımından ya da kullanılamamasından, yanlış algılama ya da öneri dahil, doğan hiçbir kayıp, zarar ya da veri kaybından sorumlu değildir. Uygulama olduğu gibi ve mevcut olduğu şekliyle sunulur.
8. Değişiklikler ve sona erme
Uygulamayı ve bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; üstteki tarih güncel sürümü gösterir. Değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmek kabul anlamına gelir. Uygulamayı silerek istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz; cihazdaki verileriniz de onunla gider.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. İkamet ettiğiniz ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma kuralları bundan etkilenmez.

1. What the App is, and is not
The App is a practice companion: it listens to or receives your playing, compares it with the selected piece and reports right, wrong, missed and late notes with a practice plan. It is a feedback tool, not a music teacher, not a certification and not a substitute for lessons. Musical judgement, technique and interpretation are yours and your teacher's.
2. Accuracy
Detection is never perfect. Microphone mode works best in a quiet room with a single melody; chords and two hands through a microphone depend on the room, the instrument and the optional chord model and may be misread. A MIDI connection (Bluetooth or USB) gives exact notes. Scores, timing figures and coach summaries are estimates derived from what was detected and are provided for practice guidance only.
3. Eligibility
The App may be used by anyone. Purchases must be made by an adult, or by a minor with a parent's permission and through the parent's store account settings.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use the App lawfully and for personal practice.
- Scores you import (MusicXML) must be ones you have the right to use. Built-in pieces are traditional or public-domain works arranged by the publisher.
- Keep your device secure; the App's data is protected only by your device's lock.
- Protect your hearing: keep speaker and headphone volume at a comfortable level.
5. Purchases, subscriptions and trials
Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase, bought through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. The lifetime purchase is a single payment. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Use Restore purchases in Settings after reinstalling or changing device.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, texts, graphics, note detection and analysis software belong to the publisher. You may use them within the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Your practice data and the scores you import remain yours.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any loss, damage or data loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, including incorrect detection or advice. The App is provided as is and as available.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the App and these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means acceptance. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it; your data on the device goes with it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.
