Data collected: none

Pomodorro collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no sign in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. The app makes no network requests of its own, so nothing you do in it reaches us or anyone else.

We cannot see your timers, your notes or your statistics. We have no server that could hold them.

What stays on your device

The app saves the following in its own storage on your phone, using the operating system's standard app storage (UserDefaults on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android):

• your timer settings: work and break lengths, round counts, saved presets
• the mascot theme, the language and the alarm sound you picked
• the notes you write in the notes pad
• your session statistics: completed rounds, dates, streaks
• whether premium is unlocked on this device

All of it is readable only by the app. It is never uploaded. Deleting the app deletes it with the app, and because there is no copy anywhere else, it cannot be restored afterwards.

Notifications

When a work or break phase starts, the app asks the operating system to ring a local notification at the moment that phase ends. The notification is scheduled and delivered entirely by your device. No push server is involved and no token is registered.

On iOS the running phase is also shown as a Live Activity on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. On Android it appears as a quiet ongoing line in the notification shade. Both count down on the device itself. You can refuse or later revoke notification permission in system settings; the timer keeps working on screen, it simply will not ring.

Purchases

Premium is bought through your App Store or Google Play account. We never see and never receive your name, your card or your billing address. The store handles the payment and tells the app only whether a purchase is active.

To check that status we use RevenueCat, a subscription infrastructure provider. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier for the installation and the purchase receipt issued by the store. It receives no name, no email address and nothing you typed into the app. RevenueCat acts as our data processor for this single purpose.

Children

Pomodorro is a general audience productivity app. It is not directed at children, it is not published in a children's category, and it does not knowingly collect data from anyone, of any age. Since the app collects nothing at all, no child's data can be collected through it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Turkish personal data protection law (KVKK) you have the right to access, correct, delete and export your personal data. In practice these rights are already in your hands here: the data never leaves your device, so you hold the only copy. You can view it in the app, change it in the app, and erase all of it by deleting the app.

We hold nothing to hand over, correct or delete on your behalf. If you would like this confirmed in writing, write to us and we will confirm it.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever starts doing something this page does not describe, this page is updated before that version reaches the store. The date at the top of the page tells you which version you are reading.
