Data Deletion

How to delete everything TickScope holds, and what exists outside your phone.

Data on your device

Your watches, measurements, six position tests and settings are stored only on your phone. There are three ways to remove them, and all of them are immediate:

  • Delete one item: swipe a reading in the watch's history, or open a watch and choose Delete watch.
  • Delete all of it: Settings, then Erase everything.
  • Delete the app: uninstalling removes its storage with it.

None of this can be undone, because there is no copy anywhere else.

Data held outside your phone

If you bought TickScope Pro, our payment processor RevenueCat holds a purchase record: a random identifier created on your device, the store receipt, your country and the app version. It contains no name, no email address and nothing about your watches.

To have that record deleted, write to gelistirbizi@gmail.com from any address and say you want your TickScope purchase record removed. We action it within 30 days. Deleting it does not refund the purchase and may mean Pro can no longer be restored on a new device.

What we cannot delete

Apple and Google keep their own records of a purchase for as long as tax and accounting law requires them to. Those are their records, not ours, and requests about them go to them.

Summary

  • Watches, measurements, tests and settings: on your device only, deleted by you, immediately.
  • Purchase record at our processor: deleted on request, within 30 days.
  • Store purchase record at Apple or Google: kept by them for as long as the law requires.
