There is no account to delete, because the app never creates one. Your notes are deleted by you, on the device. Purchase records are held by the stores and by our purchase provider, and we can delete our side on request.

Deleting one note

Open the note, tap the menu in the top right and choose Delete. The recording, the transcript, the summary and the action items go with it.

Deleting everything on the device

Settings, then Delete all data. This empties the encrypted database and deletes every recording file. Deleting the app itself has the same effect.

Downloaded models

Models are deleted individually on the Models screen, and all of them go when the app is deleted. They contain nothing about you.

Purchase records

A purchase creates a record at Apple or Google and at our purchase provider RevenueCat: a random app user id, the receipt, and the country and app version. To have our side deleted, write to gelistirbizi@gmail.com from the address you can be reached at, and say which store you purchased from and the approximate date. We will delete the record within 30 days and confirm it.

Deleting a purchase record also removes the proof that you paid, so a subscription you still want cannot be restored afterwards. Records held by Apple or Google are subject to their own retention rules and are deleted through them.
