Before you write

Telling us your phone model, the app version (Settings, at the bottom) and which model you downloaded usually saves a round trip.

The app says a model is needed

Open the Models screen and download one speech model and one language model. The speech model transcribes, the language model summarises. The screen marks the ones your device can run comfortably.

Transcription is slow

Everything runs on your phone, so speed depends on the phone. A smaller model is faster and a larger one is more accurate. Whisper base is a good starting point; Whisper small is noticeably better on accented speech and noticeably slower.

The app closed while summarising

That is the operating system reclaiming memory. Choose a smaller language model on the Models screen. The screen warns you when a model is heavy for your device.

The summary is in the wrong language

The summary follows the language that was spoken, not the language of the interface. If the spoken language was detected wrongly, pin it in Settings under Spoken language and run the summary again.

I paid but Premium is not active

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not unlock, write to us with the store you bought from and the approximate date.

I lost my notes

Notes live only on the device. Deleting the app, resetting the phone or moving to a new phone loses them, because nothing is uploaded anywhere. Export the ones that matter.
