1. Sözleşme
AI Notetaker'ı kurarak ya da kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulamanın yayıncısı Safiye Meram, Esenler/İstanbul, Türkiye. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
App Store üzerinden yapılan satın almalar ayrıca Apple Standard EULA kapsamındadır.
2. Ne için kullanabilirsiniz
Kaydetme hakkınız olan konuşmaları kaydedin ve özetleyin. Kayıt mevzuatı ülkeden ülkeye ve duruma göre değişir: birçok yerde karşı tarafa kayıt yaptığınızı söylemeniz, bazı yerlerde ise rızasını almanız gerekir. Bulunduğunuz yerin hukukuna uymak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Uygulama bunu sizin adınıza denetlemez ve denetleyemez.
3. Yapay zekânın vaat ettiği ve etmediği
Deşifre ve özet, telefonunuzda çalışan makine öğrenmesi modelleriyle üretilir. Bu modeller hata yapar: kelimeleri yanlış duyar, bir cümleyi yanlış kişiye atfedebilir ve özet önemli bir noktayı atlayabilir. Çıktıyı bir tutanak değil, bir taslak olarak görün. Sesi kendiniz kontrol etmeden tıbbi, hukuki, mali ya da güvenlikle ilgili kararlarda dayanak yapmayın.
4. Premium
- Premium; büyük yapay zekâ modellerini, özet şablonlarını, PDF dışa aktarmayı ve toplu dışa aktarmayı açar. Ücretsiz sürüm eksiksiz bir uygulama olarak kalır: sınırsız kayıt, deşifre ve özet.
- Aylık ve yıllık planlar iptal edilene kadar kendiliğinden yenilenir. Ömür boyu tek seferlik bir satın almadır ve yenilenmez.
- Her planın fiyatı, satın almadan önce satın alma ekranında kendi para biriminizde gösterilir.
- Ücret, satın almayı onayladığınızda App Store ya da Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Yenilenen abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediyse, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
- İstediğiniz zaman mağaza hesabı ayarlarınızdan iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal bir sonraki yenilemeyi durdurur; içinde bulunduğunuz dönem sonuna kadar işler.
- Ücretsiz denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı, abonelik satın alındığında sona erer.
- İadeler bizim değil, Apple ve Google'ın kendi kuralları çerçevesinde yürütülür.
5. İçeriğiniz
Kayıtlarınız, deşifreleriniz ve özetleriniz size aittir. Üzerlerinde hiçbir hak iddia etmeyiz; zaten bize ulaşmadıkları için istesek de kullanamayız.
6. Verinizi saklamak size ait
Her şey yalnızca bu cihazda tutulur. İkinci bir cihaza eşitlenmez ve bize yedeklenmez. Uygulamayı silmek veriyi de siler. Saklamak istedikleriniz için dışa aktarma özelliklerini kullanın.
7. Üçüncü taraflar
Modeller Hugging Face'ten indirilir. Ödeme ve satın alma doğrulaması Apple, Google ve RevenueCat'i içerir. Kendi paylarına düşen kısımda onların koşulları ve gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.
8. Sorumluluk
Uygulama olduğu hâliyle sunulur. Hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde; kaybolan kayıtlardan, hatalı deşifre ya da özetlerden ve bunlara dayanarak alınan kararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
9. Değişiklik ve sona erme
Bu koşullar değişebilir; en son ne zaman değiştiği sayfanın üstündeki tarihte yazar. Uygulamayı silerek istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz.

Short version: the app is yours to use for your own recordings. Premium is an optional subscription, billed by the app store, cancellable there at any time. Your notes are on your device, so keeping them is on you too.
1. The agreement
By installing or using AI Notetaker you accept these terms. The app is published by Safiye Meram, Esenler/Istanbul, Türkiye. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Purchases made on the App Store are additionally governed by the Apple Standard EULA.
2. What you may use it for
Record and summarise conversations you are entitled to record. Recording laws differ by country and by situation: in many places you must tell the other people that you are recording, and in some places you need their consent. You are responsible for following the law where you are. The app does not and cannot check this for you.
3. What the AI does and does not promise
Transcription and summarising are done by machine learning models running on your phone. They make mistakes: they mishear words, they can attribute a sentence to the wrong person, and a summary can miss something that mattered. Treat the output as a draft, not as a record. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions without checking the audio yourself.
4. Premium
- Premium unlocks the larger AI models, summary templates, PDF export and bulk export. The free version stays a complete app: unlimited recordings, transcription and summaries.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime is a single purchase and does not renew.
- The price of each plan is shown on the purchase screen in your own currency before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- A renewing subscription is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that.
- Cancel any time in your store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
- Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules, not by us.
5. Your content
Your recordings, transcripts and summaries are yours. We claim no rights over them and, since they never reach us, we could not use them even if we wanted to.
6. Keeping your data is your job
Everything is stored on this device only. It is not synced to a second device and it is not backed up to us. Deleting the app deletes it. Use the export features for anything you want to keep.
7. Third parties
Models are downloaded from Hugging Face. Payment and purchase verification involve Apple, Google and RevenueCat. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their own part of this.
8. Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost recordings, incorrect transcriptions or summaries, or decisions taken on the basis of them.
9. Changes and termination
These terms can change; the date at the top shows when they last did. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

2. Wofür Sie die App nutzen dürfen
Nehmen Sie Gespräche auf und fassen Sie sie zusammen, wenn Sie dazu berechtigt sind. Aufnahmerecht unterscheidet sich nach Land und Situation: Vielerorts müssen Sie die anderen Beteiligten auf die Aufnahme hinweisen, mancherorts ist ihre Einwilligung erforderlich. Die Einhaltung des an Ihrem Ort geltenden Rechts liegt bei Ihnen. Die App prüft das nicht und kann es nicht prüfen.
3. Was die KI verspricht und was nicht
Transkription und Zusammenfassung entstehen durch Modelle des maschinellen Lernens auf Ihrem Telefon. Diese Modelle machen Fehler: Sie verstehen Wörter falsch, können einen Satz der falschen Person zuordnen, und eine Zusammenfassung kann Wichtiges auslassen. Behandeln Sie die Ausgabe als Entwurf, nicht als Protokoll. Stützen Sie medizinische, rechtliche, finanzielle oder sicherheitsrelevante Entscheidungen nicht darauf, ohne das Audio selbst zu prüfen.
4. Premium
- Premium schaltet die größeren KI-Modelle, Zusammenfassungsvorlagen, den PDF-Export und den Sammelexport frei. Die kostenlose Version bleibt eine vollständige App: unbegrenzte Aufnahmen, Transkription und Zusammenfassungen.
- Monats- und Jahresabos verlängern sich automatisch, bis sie gekündigt werden. Lifetime ist ein einmaliger Kauf ohne Verlängerung.
- Der Preis jedes Plans wird vor dem Kauf im Kaufbildschirm in Ihrer Währung angezeigt.
- Die Abbuchung erfolgt bei Kaufbestätigung über Ihr App-Store- oder Google-Play-Konto.
- Ein verlängerndes Abo wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ende der laufenden Periode abgerechnet, sofern Sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden davor kündigen.
- Kündigen Sie jederzeit in den Einstellungen Ihres Store-Kontos. Die Kündigung stoppt die nächste Verlängerung; die laufende Periode läuft zu Ende.
- Ein nicht genutzter Teil eines Testzeitraums verfällt mit dem Kauf eines Abonnements.
- Erstattungen richten sich nach den Regeln von Apple und Google, nicht nach unseren.
5. Ihre Inhalte
Ihre Aufnahmen, Transkripte und Zusammenfassungen gehören Ihnen. Wir beanspruchen keine Rechte daran und könnten sie ohnehin nicht nutzen, da sie uns nie erreichen.
6. Die Sicherung Ihrer Daten liegt bei Ihnen
Alles wird nur auf diesem Gerät gespeichert. Es gibt keine Synchronisierung auf ein zweites Gerät und kein Backup zu uns. Das Löschen der App löscht die Daten. Nutzen Sie den Export für alles, was Sie behalten möchten.
7. Dritte
Modelle werden von Hugging Face geladen. An Zahlung und Kaufprüfung sind Apple, Google und RevenueCat beteiligt. Für deren Teil gelten deren Bedingungen und Datenschutzerklärungen.
8. Haftung
Die App wird so bereitgestellt, wie sie ist. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für verlorene Aufnahmen, fehlerhafte Transkripte oder Zusammenfassungen und darauf gestützte Entscheidungen.
9. Änderungen und Beendigung
Diese Bedingungen können sich ändern; das Datum oben zeigt, wann zuletzt. Sie können die Nutzung jederzeit beenden, indem Sie die App löschen.

2. Para qué puedes usarla
Graba y resume conversaciones que tengas derecho a grabar. La ley varía según el país y la situación: en muchos lugares debes avisar a los demás de que estás grabando y en algunos necesitas su consentimiento. Cumplir la ley de tu lugar es tu responsabilidad. La app no lo comprueba ni puede hacerlo.
3. Lo que la IA promete y lo que no
La transcripción y el resumen los producen modelos de aprendizaje automático en tu teléfono. Esos modelos se equivocan: oyen mal palabras, pueden atribuir una frase a la persona equivocada y un resumen puede omitir algo importante. Trata la salida como un borrador, no como un acta. No bases decisiones médicas, legales, financieras o de seguridad en ella sin revisar el audio.
4. Premium
- Premium desbloquea los modelos de IA grandes, las plantillas de resumen, la exportación a PDF y la exportación masiva. La versión gratuita sigue siendo una app completa: grabaciones, transcripciones y resúmenes ilimitados.
- Los planes mensual y anual se renuevan automáticamente hasta que se cancelan. El plan de por vida es una compra única y no se renueva.
- El precio de cada plan se muestra en tu moneda en la pantalla de compra antes de comprar.
- El cargo se realiza en tu cuenta de App Store o Google Play al confirmar la compra.
- Una suscripción que se renueva se cobra en las 24 horas previas al fin del periodo, salvo que canceles al menos 24 horas antes.
- Cancela cuando quieras en los ajustes de tu cuenta de la tienda. Cancelar detiene la siguiente renovación; el periodo en curso llega a su fin.
- La parte no usada de una prueba gratuita se pierde al comprar una suscripción.
- Los reembolsos se gestionan según las reglas de Apple o Google, no las nuestras.
5. Tu contenido
Tus grabaciones, transcripciones y resúmenes son tuyos. No reclamamos derecho alguno sobre ellos y, como nunca nos llegan, no podríamos usarlos aunque quisiéramos.
6. Conservar tus datos es cosa tuya
Todo se guarda sólo en este dispositivo. No se sincroniza con otro ni se respalda hacia nosotros. Borrar la app borra los datos. Usa la exportación para lo que quieras conservar.
7. Terceros
Los modelos se descargan de Hugging Face. En el pago y la verificación participan Apple, Google y RevenueCat. En su parte se aplican sus términos y políticas.
8. Responsabilidad
La app se ofrece tal cual. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no respondemos por grabaciones perdidas, transcripciones o resúmenes incorrectos ni por decisiones basadas en ellos.
9. Cambios y finalización
Estos términos pueden cambiar; la fecha superior indica cuándo fue la última vez. Puedes dejar de usar la app cuando quieras desinstalándola.
