Delete data inside the app

• One session. History, then the bin icon on the session. Its report and its clips are removed immediately.
• All sound clips. Settings, then Data, then Delete all clips. Reports are kept, the audio is gone.
• Everything. Settings, then Data, then Delete everything. Sessions, reports and clips are all removed.

Delete everything at once

Uninstalling the app removes its database, its clips and its settings from the device. Nothing is left behind in a cloud backup, because the app asks the operating system to exclude its data from backups and device transfers.

What is kept, and by whom

• On your device, until you delete it: sessions, reports, sound clips and settings.
• By RevenueCat, for purchase validation: a randomly generated app user identifier, the store receipt, country and app version. Retained while the purchase record is active. To have this record deleted, email the publisher from any address and include the store account country and the approximate purchase date; the request is passed on and completed within thirty days.
• By Apple and Google: the purchase transaction itself, under their own retention rules and tax obligations. Neither the publisher nor you can delete those records.

No account to delete

PetPulse has no account, no login and no profile. There is nothing to close, and no personal data held by the publisher to erase.
